I have found Money 3 to be an excellent service in my dealings with them at the Wynnum branch They have been first class in all respects understanding my needs and providing me with what truly is a lifeline that is indeed life-saving. I was disappointed in the out come as I've been a trusted customer for many years now.
I wanted a redraw on my account and have never missed a payment but was only offered a very minimal amount which was absolutely ridiculous as this was for an emergency. times were tuff because of the coronavirus outbreak.
Would definitely have given 5 STAR if Money 3 would have reconsidered the amount as I have always paid on time.

I purchased a car in August of 2018. I signed the contract, but was told I could pay it off early if I could and there would be no penalties.

Right.

Today is May of 2020. As of now I’ve paid $10,600 toward a car that cost me $10,999. My payout amount? $10,375!!!!

I had expected a lot less of a figure since I’d be paying it off early and avoiding a bit over 2 years of interest for the loan.

What a rip off. I’ll never recommend Money3 to ANYONE again and I’m going to find out my rights. I’ve got a well paying job now that I can service a brand new car with a very low interest rate and I’ll need to take a loss, but it’s better than dealing with this company anymore.

Money 3 is the worst ever got a 12k loan to pay back almost 25k with 28% interest what a Fkn joke take full advantage of the people that are finding it hard to get a loan absolutely ridiculous only went with you guys in desperate need of a car. I will honestly be telling everybody how bad your company is to the point where you lose customers. Never heard of a finance place that is this bad please don’t bother even applying for money 3 at all plus they take weeks to get back to you and to tell you your approved for a Lower amount. Crap company absolute joke and rip off

I had a car loan with Money 3 for $25000 for only 4 months. My car was involved in an accident which was not my fault. The insurance paid out money 3 in full. When i went to buy a replacement car Money 3 was not keen to come to the party even though my payments were up to date and my income has not been affected with this virus. Money 3 sent me an email saying it was keen to put me into another car as soon as possible but then an employee rang me saying this wasnt possible as i already had another loan (even though it had been paid out). Get your facts straight Money 3. Youve really screwed me Money 3. Hopefully your time comes soon.

don’t do it unless you are desperate and can’t get a loan anywhere else they take full advantage of high interest and fee i have a car that was only $7990 i am a single mom of 2 so i get Centrelink while i study anyway i didn’t have a car and i was about to be homeless so because i moved in with family for a short time i had no rent in my name etc which got me accepted for the loan anyway i got it for the shortest time possible to pay it off so i could just be done with it cos you’re only allowed up to $8000 on the benefit i am now paying back $14,700 that’s almost double the payment of the car! so if you want to be ripped off with monthly fees of $28 a acceptance fee of $1000 minimum and high as fcuk interest then come here! money 3 sucks and no i don’t want no help i don’t need help from one of your stupid employees i’m done good day!
