I needed money over the week end, and Money Key give me what was needed to help me, I tell everyone about your friendly service. I needed meds, but did not have the money, Money Key had the amount I needed put into my checking account the next day. I want to hurry and pay off my loan so that I can get another loan to start a new business. Thank you to the one who took my call and help me even if it was a week end.

Irene was helpful.Patient and helpful understanding pleasant considerate provided great assistance and consideration I would recommend moneykey. I hope they continue to provide good service during duration of loan.

I never made a payday loan before. So i was eager to pay it out on time! But when i called money key to pay it out the first rep act as if i couldn't pay off the loan in full! So instead of taking the full amount he took partial of the loan and tried to tell me my bank wouldn't let him take the full amount! I called Bank of America who told me they didn't have any restrictions on my account that was stopping money key from taking their money! So when i called money key back, i was giving a new rep and before asking me what i needed done she process the full amount and pull it out my bank so now they have over paid themselves! Then took the matter out on me as if i was in the wrong for trying to pay the loan out in full! Over all this was the worst customer service i ever experience! And I'll never deal with this company again.

I have dealt with MoneyKey several times, so I know that their fees are exorbitant. I had hoped that having established myself with them as a dependable customer, that I could get an improved rate on my finance charges but I was told that the fees don't change. While my customer service representative, Brittany, was polite and patient, she made no mention that making the minimum payment does not always apply to the principal. This simple warning could prevent some of your bad reviews. As a customer, it is very important to clarify your responsibility and repayment options before taking loan and signing the agreement.

Irene was wonderful however whoever started my alone on 12/24 and neglected to do one thing and now I'm going to be stuck in another state for an extra day possibly missing a day of work a day of pay possibly getting in trouble at work because the money did not hit my account the day it was supposed to

getting my loan today from moneykey was a positive experience. Kristen was incredibly patient. From verifying my bank info. to signing the docs thru email. It was time consuming. Kristen was more than gracious & incredibly patient. She knows her job and is very good at it. I appreciate Money Keys focus on customer service, as these loans go they are A Cut Above the rest. M.

MoneyKey no longer posts your loan balance and status online like they used to. You have to call a representative to get this simple information. This is very annoying since the call center is only open 8am-7pm most days. This recent event on top of the fact you need to call a representative each time you take out a loan is very annoying. No other payday loan companies do this.

This company said they would approve me but I had to give them my chase banking online user name AND password! and that he promised I could trust him!!!! No loan company should have to ask that information over the phone. I had already provided them with my account and routing number.

I took out a very small LOC of $850 and used $525. They have the due date wrong, the payment amount wrong. They can't seem to answer simple questions about billing cycle charges vs. payment date since mine are not the same. They do everything they can to confuse you about making extra payments to principle. You never get the same response. I have spent 2 days totaling 2 1/2 hours dealing with this bull$#*!. I think I will just pay it off now and be done with them. Very sketchy and do not follow up or send emails as promised. EXTREME WARNING!

Andrea G delivered exceptional customer service to me today. Her pleasant and friendly voice makes you feel at ease while conducting important business. I was able to secure funds and received much needed advice on how to pay down the loan. The MoneyKey service has been very helpful to me in my time of financial shortcomings.

Most terrible place that I have ever dealt with. After sending document upon document for them, I was asked for one more, which I provided. Checked status. Said withdrawn! Went to chat. Gave info, she went to check, and ended the chat. Not one answer! Would not allow me to reconnect. Emailed associate, he would not reply! All after being told I was approved, and signed documents! Just waiting now to see how they are going to rip me off! BE WARNED! HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE!

I got shunned away from other loan places but if you need help and understand there will be high interest rates involved then go to Money key. The operator I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. I'm borrowing 600 and was explained that if I want to pay it all back at once I must pay 833 in full. I'm strapped til my next payday so to pay this back in full hey it will be good on my credit as well. Take the good with the bad. My experience with Money key was a pleasant one!

I recently ask for a loan but I had changed my bank and they worked with me to help me get approved. My customer service representative was Yalda Very knowledgeable about what was going on even though I didnt talk the day before I like this its shows information is being pass along and you dont have to wait for a certain person to come and finish it this shows good communication the worst is call and know one know what I are talking about I want to thank MoneyKey and Yalda For all there help

I am thinking of taking out a loan with them; however, after reading other reviews, this does not seem like a good idea. First of all, I am only asking for $325 & the final amount showed to be over $1,000. Also, if anyone can answer the question as to why my 11 payments would begin at around $80+, then in the middle of the loan, about 3 payments, over $100+, then at end of loan go back down to the $80 some odd and change which is affordable. We all know these types of loans are overly high, so this is not unexpected on my behalf.

After reviewing my account I notice that I'm only paying off the interest fee not the principle, I really don't want this loan again, I'm paying a lot more than what I originally received. If you get the line of credit, they call/compare it to a credit card, but I don't think so, you are paying back both and they accumulate fast and very very high. Never again.

First, I want to say they have good customer service representatives. I have borrowed from them a few times, but I've always pay on the first installment. This last time I needed more time to pay. I borrowed $1225 and have made 5 $200 payments. I called today to get the pay off and was told it was $2054. What the what?? The representative informed me the payoff is even higher if you don't pay off within two weeks. I've never been so shocked in my life. I knew the rates were high, but I'm paying over $3000 for a $1225 loan. I can't wait for Ohio to ban this predatory lending.

Good at what you do as a company and the employee are well trained. Easy to get a loan and its there when you need it. But you do need to lower your lnterest rate and not charge customers twice for the same amount of loan if they pay off interest and need a little time to pay the base loan. You will pick up more return and new customers. Dont be like the banks with overdraft fees.

Getting the loan was easy, fast and Gavin was professional and nice to work with. I was getting $112 taken out of my checks every pay period. Had I decided not to pay the whole loan off, I would have paid $1232.00 for a $400.00 loan. They won't allow partial payments (even though the reminder email says "If you are making a partial payment or paying the loan in full call 24 hours in advance" or something along those lines). They won't let you defer a payment either, stating that legally, the amount of installments won't allow them to add a payment. There is something a tiny bit shady, but what do you expect with a payday loan company. This is my LAST time getting an installment loan. It just isn't worth it. I got this loan to have an extra cushion for a vacation in the middle of October and it has been killing us. *****************UPDATE************************** Yes, I admit that I defaulted on my last loan due to my husband's heart attack. I offered a payment plan that I could manage and they refused and have started threatening my references with being arrested and having their assets frozen. UNBELIVEABLE. That is not only unprofessional, but illegal. I spoke to a lawyer in my office building about this and he told me that what they are doing is beyond illegal. Money Key, your collections department is really messing up.
