I would buy from this company again. Any questions I had was answered and they called back fast. The delivery was painless and everything came to me in perfect condition. The videos were key in helping me pick what I wanted.

The log set that I got looked nothing like the one in the picture, the logs were welded together in a very sterile teepee shape with no means to be able to create your own lay out, also there was very little difference in the size. To say I was disappointed and that this customer experience did not match the quality of the videos and website in general is an understatement. They seem like good people and a great small business, but come on the picture on the website and the video were way cooler than what I actually recieved. Once I get it set up maybe it will look better, but right now i am not feeling the hollowed out teepee look. #sadface I must say I really really enjoy all the videos that these guys put out and the information that they have on their website. However, I ordered the metal log set https://montanafirepits.com/product/steel-gas-fire-pit-log-sets/ that was also featured in this video on that same page. OK... "HERE WE GO!" lol After researching online, I stumbled upon Montana Fire Pits. I watched almost every video that Jonathan put together, and was thoroughly impressed! I decided to pull the trigger and take the plunge. Tonight, I had the gas technician install my 280,000 BTU Natural Gas Octagonal Burner. Today started out at 27 degrees F. Tonight it is around 43 degrees, but with the wind is freezing cold here in Canada. Well, when he fired that baby up tonight, that flame lept up roughly 2 feet in the air (without any rocks on it yet). The heat it gave off was amazing!! We have some shaky weather ahead (boo... ..rain on the weekend), but my wife and I can't wait to get to spend some time sitting by our newly installed pit as soon as possible. The guy who installed our pit has worked with one of our local, highest regarded brick and mortar stores that specialize in this type of thing, and he says he's "never seen anything this nice before". Guess what I'm saying is... "if you want something that truly lives up to it's promise, then don't hesitate to go ahead and order your Warming Trends burner from Montana Fire Pits!!" Much Thanks! Outstanding product! Build quality is excellent using very high quality components. Build time was very reasonable, and delivery was quick! These products preform as advertised without any hassles. The upgraded experience when compared to our previous burner is beyond expectations... No wimpy flames!

As for the product, it is great and just what I wanted. Shipping took longer than expected leading to some difficulties. Straightening them out was a little more difficult than I would have preferred, but in the end they were able to fix everything. Bottomline is they care and in the end they did what was needed and it is the best fire pit you can find.

I'm very pleased w/ the overall experience w/ Montana Fire Pits. From the onset of gathering information about fire pits, the YouTube videos were tremendous, informative & entertaining. I was hooked after a few videos & I knew I was going to be purchasing through Montana Fire Pits. The quality of the product has only proved to be true - huge flame w/ half the gas. A huge thank you to the customer service team too. A female called me promptly after a inquiry left on a voicemail. I was truly appreciative as I've experienced w/ other companies - customer service is forgotten - not w/ Montana Fire Pits though.

My experience with Montana Fire Pits was nothing short of fantastic. The web videos explaining all aspects of a gas fire pit, from supply line size to BTU's to fire media were extremely helpful, and enabled me to get exactly what I wanted and needed the first time. The burner was easy to install and set up, and performs exceptionally. And, as an added surprise, it came with a very nice custom Montana Fire Pit bottle opener! Thanks.

I spent over two months researching which type and brand of burner to use for my firepit that was over 6 foot in diameter. I reviewed most of Johathan's you tube videos and spoke with him directly....that guy is the KING of fire pit information!!! He not only helped me choose the burner for my size fire pit, but also helped me determine all of my equipment/installation needs from propane tank to burner (regulator type, feed line size, etc.). Don't waste your time looking at other firepit supply companies....I've done the research for you (I virtually never give reviews of a vendor!), so don't waste your time on anything other than a brass burner from Montana Fire Pits. They are competitively priced and provide customer service that can't be matched. I can't say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. Lastly, I have done residential and commercial construction for over 30 years so I know a good vendor when I find one, and Montana Fire Pits cannot be beat in the marketplace!!!

We love, love,love our Warming Trends 24" square fire pit from Montana Firepits! It is the focal point of our newly Installed outdoor living space. It has quickly become our favorite"happy hour" location and the kids love to (carefully) roast marshmallows over the fire. It is a beautiful and functional addition to our home and we couldn't be happier with the product, customer service, and ease of install that we got from Montana Firepits! I’ve had my Montana Fire put installed for almost a year now and it’s one of our favorite features in our back yard. The flame is awesome! So realistic and we always get amazing compliments from our friends. With the help of their videos/guides I installed the entire system myself. Quality materials and great support. I’m glad I didn’t go with the lesser/cheaper options.

I was very impressed with the videos and the ability to see an accurate picture of what the fire pit was going to look like. The quality of the burner is fantastic.
