Subsequently only found out that needed to get revised offer post my house purchase by chance and needed to go through a second advice exercise with my own Solicitor( identical to one already completed)to sign off of morgage offer/acceptance.It was treated as a "new"process. Hence ended up with double fees from my solicitor --additional fees of £300 as needed to duplicate my Solicitors work).
Told one day by more2life all quires answered then found out further question to my solicitor causing another delay in process. More 2 life office and their solicitors communication not joined up. The answer to the question was clearly already set out in the title deeds in More2life solicitors hands.
The whole process took to long and little feedback end to end and left me very stressed over and above house purchase process. Overall I would not recommend More2life to others.
Perhaps I should ask more2life to refund my solicitors additional costs?

Buyer Beware, we liked and chose M2L, had a firm offer at a good %, then the valuation? Surveyed at "Red Book Price" , offer reduced, but low and behold, can have the same amount but at higher %.Would of cost thousands more over 20 years.
Agent who was arranging E/R and many others have said value should be " Open Market sale valuation" Went elsewhere, got correct valuation, even higher amount offer at just a little higher rate.
