Still dealing with them but not had a great start so far I have to keep pushing for answers and keep getting asked for information that has already been sent , I don't know who I'm speaking to anymore as I've had about 6 emails of different people within the company ,,I'm hoping it gets better as at the minute I have very little faith . This didnt and hasnt gotten any better I'm now on adviser number 4 and I have now been doing this process since february, it's now june and we are still no further forward

I received a quote from Joshua Askwith stating that there was £465 cashback when the mortgage completed
When I received the mortgage illustration from Precise Mortgages there was no mention of it
Joshua said sorry not in the deal he had made another mistake

From the moment I spoke to Georgia (Hardcastle) to find out about remortgaging with Mortgage Key to the completion of my remortgage was first class service. In my initial phone call with Georgia she searched all lenders and within minutes had found me a great 5 year fixed deal with a fantastic interest rate. Over the next few days/weeks Georgia kept me up to date with the progress of my remortgage. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and very quick. I've already recommended Mortgage Key and Georgia to friends and family. Thank you Georgia.

At the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, I was close to signing a new mortgage deal which was nearly £200 more expensive than the deal they have got me now things are easing up.

Could not be happier with the service and the team are so friendly and supportive.

Highly recommended if you have adverse credit!
