In from USA and I ordered a sun dress from this website almost a month ago. It says it takes 8-10 business days to deliver but it has been 14 business days. After all the reviews I’ve read I’m beginning to think I will never receive my item. If you’re from USA, order from ASOS or a reliable website, not this!!

I ordered 4 dresses for an event (planned on sending the ones that weren’t amazing back). 3 of the dresses were wayyy bigger than what their sizing said, so I tried to return them but Motel Rocks only gave me the option for ParcelPoint delivery - I payed $26!!!!!!! Then I went to a post office and was told that I could’ve returned everything for just over $8!! Extremely unhappy

I sent for a top for my daughter for xmas but it was too small. I returned the top and they refused to accept the package as they said it smelled of smoke. It didnt. I objected but was told basically tough !! I then made the mistake of ordering a dress and it was again too small . I returned the dress which was in mint condition ,and yet again it was returned to me saying it smells if smoke. Im devestated ! Thats nearly 70 pounds worth of clothing i have paid for that did not fit and they will not accept back. The items do not smell of smoke at all, its just their way of getting people to buy their sub standard clothes. Absolutely disgusting !!!

terrible customer service, taking long time to refund the money, they have received my returning items 2 weeks ago and I have to wait another 15 working days to get my money back.

I ordered the long leopard print skirt with the spilt and then I read the reviews, then I was really worried however, the skirt was delivered in 4 days, it is perfect and looks great . I was notified at each point of delivery from depot. I will definitely be ordering from the site again. so no need to worry . This is why I’ve given 5 stars

I actually Google-ed a website to leave Motel Rocks a review they deserve because I am so happy with my dress (I normally don't care to spend time writing reviews). I am surprised that the first three reviews I am reading say their customer service is horrible. Lucky for me that maybe they changed their service management when I ordered my dress. I really needed this dress to arrive on time for a photoshoot event so I wrote in the comments, "If I receive my order in 10 working days, I will forever love Motel Rocks." Not only did it arrive in 10 working days (very impressive since I live in California, US), but its packing slip had a smiley face :) drawn next to my printed comment. I am very happy to know that Motel Rocks really does read the comments and tries their best to fulfill them. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the dress-- true to how it looks on the website. Mad love and much thanks to Motel Rocks.

I ordered something online and have waited 11 days for it and it STILL isn't here . I have sent them multiple emails and they just reply with ''it normally takes 3-5 days''.. I haven't even got a dispatched email yet and they wont tell me when it will be dispatched. Now i have no outfit for my birthday. I've never had to wait this long for a item in the same country as me or got such bad customer service. I WONT be shopping for here again!!!!!!
