Mobile Outfitters UK - Custom Mobile Phone Tablet Covers

I was given the spiel by the salesman at Lakeside this is brillant etc. Charged me £30 and was told any problems go to any branch to sort it. After 2 days the sticker bubbled and fell off. I want to my local branch and was told no mate we are franchised take it back to where you got it from or pay £7 to get it fixed. Was not even over the 14 day free fix period. Total scammers. Luckily my credit card company sorted this for me as no response to emails and there is no phone number to call

I took photos of my peeled off screen cover the day after it peeled off and sent it to the customer service (It actually started peeling about 3 hours after it was freshly applied), i read reviews of other people who had the same problem of a faulty screen protector.They never refunded me and expected me to come all the way back to their only oxford street branch to get it replaced...after failing on several promises o refunding within 14 days. It hadn't even been 24 hours. I was travelling that week so couldn't, but i'm writing another review about this situation having returned from my travels because they made no effort to rectify the situation and i can't get over how some shops can con people just for money.I just wanted a screen protector not months of hassle and failed promises and rubbish assurances. its the most senseless and stupidest service ever. Do not go to the mobile outfitters stand in the Samsung shop on oxford high street. In fact don't go to and branch anywhere else. There probably aren't too many branches because of how rubbish and conning and stupid their services/rules are. But still, avoid at all costs.

Cover looked great when applied (metro centre Gateshead) kept peeling off, paid for it to be replaced 4 times on the 5th they refused to cover the back as it had completely came off. Did not tell me this until I came back to collect it. Still charged the full cost. Poor customer service with four members of staff all standing around playing on their phones. Would seriously recommend you to avoid.

Got my iPad Air 2019 clear coated yesterday and when I got home, it was all peeling away from the edges.
So I went back there today and they redone it all and within 2 hours it was peeling away again.

I contacted their Facebook page and they tried ignoring it until I sent another message and all they had to say is for me to email them.

So yeah my opinion is to stay away and just get a case, it’s cheaper, doesn’t peel away and to be honest probably a lot more protection

I've been using these guys for my last 2 phones so when i just picked up my Note 10+ my first stop was to get the front and back protected. I've always been happy with the end result and it's always better than the at home screen protectors i used to buy from Amazon. It does seem at bit expensive at first but after my past experiences of previous phones i think it's worth every penny. Thanks to Dawid at Braehead for doing a great job on my Note 10+.

I did my mobile protection from outfitters in Dubai and after one week the screen protector came off and I paid them 217 UAE Durham. They said it’s a life long protection .I came to UK again I did it in Manchester and I paid £12 for the service charge but again after a week it’s came off .its a really waste of money.
I never recommend this and it’s really rubbish...

I live in Harrogate and got my new phone when I was visiting my family in the Lakeside Thurrock stall having used Mobile outfitters and the companies that preceeded it I was more than happy to use them again.

I decided to get my front and back done. Issue 1 the chap told me it would be £85 quid despite this adding up to £70 quid I corrected him and he claimed he was correct and seemed to be making prices up after querying it with his colleague he said it was £70 quid no apologies or anything but I thought ok quality product (spoiler it is not)

So anyways the usual shtick you go away for 30 mins like said on this occassion that turned out to be just under an hour. I inspected the phone bit sharp round the corners but this is normal and usually them settle so not concerned.

Got home to Yorkshire and after 1 day the sticker over the camera fell off day 2 bubbles under the corner of the screen (which are growing to the day) day 3 a chunk of the side fell off.

I contacted the email address for customer service and after 4 emails being passed around the us and uk customer service got told they can extend my warantee as there are no shops within an hour of my home they said fine I thought great no issues.

Today is the straw that broke the camels back I go there show the man (used lightly) the emails... nope can't accept that pay me £20 I told him no as I have been in contact with the customer service he still said no when I queried he just said its not protocol and blamed me for the damage which occured within normal warantee.

Instead of helping me he was completely abrasive horrible rude and stand offish never in my life will I ever return to Mobile Outfitters as all they seem to want is to charge me a fee to fix despite them telling me they would do it for free.

Asked if I could speak to someone from head office above him he said no they don't take calls and I probably wouldnt get a reply on a Saturday.

Now out of pocket for £70 thoroughly insulted and infuriated I have no alternative but to leave a review of how terrible they are.

This is based on the experience at the Victoria Square kiosk in Belfast. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was told clear coating my Xperia 5 would take 20-30 minutes. Came back after 40 minutes and not ready. Went away and 30 minutes later I returned again to find it was ready... Told them I would wait and about 20 minutes after that it was ready. Looks to be a decent job. I was tied up for another ten minutes more due to the card machine not working. Couldn't catch a break.

I am extremely disappointed with my I-phone 11 wrap which cost £60.00 as after only two months the front film lifted and completely came off. I was out of the Country and did not have the Mobile Outfitters terms and conditions so I just disposed of the plastic film and contacted Mobile Outfitters on my return. This product isn't really fit for purpose if it doesn't last longer than 2 months and even though I have my receipt and a bank statement showing the transaction I have been advised that my warranty is not worth anything as I have disposed of the film. I still have the film on the back but my screen is no longer protected. They have advised that I will have to have all of it recovered at a cost of £ 60.00 less 15% good will discount. I find it hard to accept that they really expect me to pay a further £ 42.50 and so if I was you I would NOT bother with this expensive con and buy a decent phone cover

Got my iPhone 11 Pro Max done in the Belfast store today and delighted with the outcome. I had the best service from Karl, he was friendly and explained the whole process to me.

Very good only took 10 minutes

Had my Samsung s9 wrapped 5 months ago to find out its peeling off on the sides . Been back to the kiosk to find that they wont to charge me £13.00 pounds for replacing the sides etc. (JOKE)
I would not recommend it to anyone the service is crap and the product is crap save your money and buy a case .

I had my iPhone 11 pro done at the trafford centre I was severed by a lad named josh who was friendly and helpful I would highly recommend as I had my phone done Thursday and have dropped it already and not a single bit of damage done the protection or my phone josh talked me though the whole process which was nice has usually the screen protector I have had done elsewhere are just slapped on with no care or attention were as here you can see care and attention is put into the work

I was the lucky winner of an iPhone 11, my choice in colour and I received the phone today:). As soon as I won the competition I was contacted by their Instagram page, being very consistent and attentive to me for when I could travel up to receive the phone, Ram was the member of staff who contacted me to create arrangements, and he was there today along with the USA CEO to award me the phone. They fitted it with a full body ‘fusion’ bumper case (worth £150) and have asked for nothing from me! A genuine and lucky win, I feel protected and confident with this case on my phone and I am very thankful to mobile outfitters and your team in Reading for being so welcoming to me :), I would definetaly recommend

The service & Staff are second to none.
As for the product:
I have had EVER phone that my family & I have purchased cover will clearcoat to date.
On Friday I will collect a new IPhone 11 and have already spoken to the guys about a new full cover for it .
I would say FORGET about paying insurance get this fantastic product & protect what your paying your hard earned money out for in the 1st place.

Mobile outfitters at Braehead

Have used these guys for years and always found the product and service best on the market, was in for a warranty claim 20 minutes before they shut and jonlee was still very positive and helpful despite I am sure just wanting to get finished. Still took time to chat and run though the product warranty etc.

Great service can’t fault it as usual.

Keep up the great service and as always a really great product.

MR Ramdn in Samsung Oxford street is professional and patient to the customers I like his behaviour and the way communicates with customers and help them in the best way.

I went to Mobile Outfitters in Eldon Square to have my I Phone X re covered under the warranty, as it had been on for over a year and was starting to look a little shabby as I use the phone both for work and personal so it had had a fair amount of use
Dan greeted me like an old friend and removed the cover showing me that the phone was still brand new underneath the cover ( I got the phone covered as soon as I bought it as I had had previous ones done) he told me to pop back in half an hour and it would be ready.
Upon returning the phone was done and looked again just like brand new phone
I would normally upgrade every 2 years but as this phone is as good as the day I bought it I have opted for a sim only contract which saves me about £70 a month all due to a plastic cover!!
