When the sell their product they never mention about the costs but now I have to pay for installation or postal fees and just to make me smile they are giving me a clear coat for free while still I have to pay for installation. I am extremely disappointed with my I-phone 11 wrap which cost £60.00 as after only two months the front film lifted and completely came off. I was out of the Country and did not have the Mobile Outfitters terms and conditions so I just disposed of the plastic film and contacted Mobile Outfitters on my return. This product isn't really fit for purpose if it doesn't last longer than 2 months and even though I have my receipt and a bank statement showing the transaction I have been advised that my warranty is not worth anything as I have disposed of the film. I still have the film on the back but my screen is no longer protected. They have advised that I will have to have all of it recovered at a cost of £ 60.00 less 15% good will discount. I find it hard to accept that they really expect me to pay a further £ 42.50 and so if I was you I would NOT bother with this expensive con and buy a decent phone cover (I used the Birmingham Bull Ring store)

My clear protection was fitted at the store in the metrocentre Within two weeks the back cover started to peal off and a further two weeks later the whole back protection had pealed off. Bubbles on the front screen started to appear due to phone being in and out of pocket. The back cover was just binned as it was no use I then returned to the metrocentre with my receipt and to pay the £12 for a replacement but was told because I dont have the back protection he wouldnt replace the full protection. Sent a email 4 weks ago to customer services and still waiting After a discussion with customer services it was agreed that the protection should not of pealed off and they sent out a good will gesture for my troubles Which I think is only fare as the original cost £45 pound So hopefully it will only cost me a further £12 to get the new cover placed on phone So £57 in total for 6 months of protection Happy with the replacement tho [ Smilie face]

Around a month ago my girlfriend and I put matte covers from your branch in Virgin ABC Achrafieh in Lebanon. Yazan (the salesman) explained to us about the brand, its benefits and all the good stuff about the brand. Also he told us that the protection is 100% and made it sure that no scratches and it'll only peel by man-made force. We decided to go ahead and put them. However, after 2 weeks, on a Saturday, my phone fell from about 50cms on its screen. Both the screen and the cover didn't crack and the phone's screen stopped working. Then after 3 days, her phone fell from the same distance on it's front side, and both the screen and the cover suffered from severe crack, damaging the screen. Moreover later on the protection started to peel on the sides by itself. Super disappointed from this deceiving experience especially since that guy made sure that it's a strong cover and crack proof and sold us the brand. We changed a phone and going to change a screen because of the marketing campaign that you're doing. Your covers don't offer any extra protection than the covers we buy from any local store or even aliexpress. Even their covers do better protection than this. The above was sent to the local franchise owner, yet we faced a horrible and the worst customer service! How do you make it the customer's fault when the sales assured it's a 100% protection? How is it our fault when you say only human force will make it peel while it peels on its own. What a shame! Thanks for the wasted money on the covers and on the phones. More importantly thank you for the lovely experience!

the quality of installation of the protection is not well done and the protection started to peel off after less than 10 days and when came back to require warranty been ask ot pay 5 $ per side as service fees. If quality of installation is not well done by the people who perform it the warranty should cover the services. Unfortunately I can't recommend the product to anyone in these conditions and putting a standard protection is more efficient

Had a clear coat put onto my iPhone X from new - initially was very impressed with the result but the skin only last around 4 months before peeling off. I'm now on my 3rd re-wrap. Although they are 'guaranteed for life', there is a charge for re-applying the clear coat - so now I've shelled out almost £100 to keep my phone scratch free, won't be falling for this again!

I paid £45 less than 3 months ago the cover is blebbing and coming away at the seams. This company claim its bomb proof, what it is its not fit for purpose. took it back to get a refund to where i was told we dont give refunds but we can fix it for you for another £15. So lets say every three months this happens again and they expect you to fork out £15 every time? They've double their money in a year. Do not take your phone here they are conartists

Paid for 360 degree protection for my iPhone XR, only for the screen to end up with several cracks once it had fallen off my bed. I’m hoping the company can deal with this in the correct manner as i feel I would have been better buying a cheap case off eBay if this was the case.

I do like mobile outfitters for the idea I took my phone to one of the mobile outfitters in Uk Sheffield and I was happy with result but after few months the front screen protector removed completely and I throw it away I went to them to get replaced they refused because they ask me to bring the old one I told them no one told me to keep it I emailed the customer support no one even bother to get back to me

I bought the complete system for £100.00 for my grandson’s phone which came with a lifetime guarantee. ( I’m from Glasgow in Scotland) It has all came apart within 6 months. The front cover fell off and got lost. The original fitters have refused to replace as the front cover is missing. We contacted head office in the UK who offered me 15% off a new purchase!!! Absolutely Not. I would like this replaced or renewed. I am absolutely shocked that paying £100.00 for lifetime guarantee, where it all falls apart and the front cover falls off after 6 months, I am virtually told “too bad, so sad, go away”. With the police WAS ASSAULTED WITH POLICE INVESTIGATION Mobile outfitters in Hammersmith Broadway. Manager in the store: Started shouting at me calling me a f...ker Grabbed my wrist in public on recorded cctv. And started threatening that if he finds me outside I’ll see what will happen. It all started when I went to purchase a new cover for my iPad. I was uncertain on the model and I stated I think it’s 2016 but let me check. While checking he started printing the 2016 cover making errors during printing and calling people. I said are u sure it will be the fit for mine. He replied yes. In the end I noticed it was not the correct one and I told him for £75 pounds I would like the correct one. At that moment he got very angry started shouting and then told me what do u want me to do? At that moment I said look I don’t trust you to proceed and not happy with the service I would just like my iPad in which he continued to yell and grabbed my wrist. Immediately after he took my iPad and locked it in a draw and said I’m not giving it back to you until you pay me. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. ( which was shocking for the service that I had) I asked for his supervisor in which he said there was no one else and eventually called the owner. I manage to get the owners number through google and called him. Owner asked me to pay and speak to me tomorrow to resolve the issue and if I’m not happy to offer a refund. The “manager” then applied the cover even though I said 3 times after the call I don’t want it and he told me I have no choice. Moving forward he applied the correct back with force (as he told me I had no choice) And offered me a £15 discount as the front was not done due to me insisting I don’t want him to do anymore I don’t feel comfortable. The back was also done badly with it peeling off. Since I was promised to settle it tomorrow I just wanted to go. In the end the manager had the audacity to ask me to apologise. Next day owner tried to offer me coffee and insisted to put on a new full cover at a discounted price. When I said I don’t want to have anything to do with the company and I want them to take the back off and offer a refund. He refused saying they don’t offer refunds and it would be coming out of his pocket. He then said needs to investigate how to go about it. Even though I was promised a refund if I’m not happy via the phone and on top of that forced to pay for somthing I didn’t want. This has been passed to the police as an assault case. I was so happy I was going get a cover only to be assaulted and shouted at

I was sold a lie when I paid nearly £50 for a screen protector in Bluewater, as they had sold me on the 'replace it as many times as you like for free! With a lifetime guaratee', I was told that it was an additional £20 or so when going to replace the screen protector in Lakeside. I want a refund for the fairly good product, that has no promise to deliver on anything that I was sold.

I purchased a clear coat in Boxing Day and within a week it became discoloured and was coming off from the edges so I contacted them via email and they gave me a free warranty as a “gesture of goodwill”, so I travelled again, which is very far for me to replace it again. The same issue happened and it’s now been a week. I’ve been emailing customer services and they are trying to blame for me “for the way I use my phone”, I’ve never even experienced this issue with a cheap one. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times because £55 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t work, but they are still insisting it’s my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted in their customer service and quite offended really. I won’t stop complaining until I get my refund but don’t fall for this scam!

I bought this product from Lebanon, Abc Dbayeh branch. After the guys went hours explaining how durable and efficient this was & could be replaced if broken for 5$ only I went last night to change it and its now 5$ for the back & 5$ for the front and if u do t have the old one its not replaceable, although the protector doesnt not cover the whole screen especially the edges which you can see in my phone are all scratched as well as for my screen.
