My husband is just an amateur bread maker and wanted bags when he gave bread to neighbors. We didn't need this many, but the price was comparable to packs of 20 at other locations. So we bought 500 and will have enough for life!!

Mr.TakeOutBags is an approved vendor for my tasting room supplies. We are repeat customers and very satisfied with the prices, products, and customer service. My company is 15+ years old, vendors come and go, but I'm hanging on to these guys!

I just spoke with John on your customer service line. It was refreshing to speak with someone so honest. I was going to seek a vendor that offered free or discounted shipping to wholesales clients but for this first order I make, I've decided to go with you after all. I'll likely seek a supplier who offers better pricing on shipping, but due to John's excellent customer service, I place the order with MrTakeOutBags. Thanks John!

I have used the company for a few years and very happy with the ordering process and the speed of moving the product to me. The bag products received have always been as advertised and being a coffee roaster consistency for the customer is very important. Highly recommend this company!

I spoke with 2 different people regarding orders and shipping during the whole covid19 pandemic. Instead of being stressed, they were personable and gave me GREAT customer service: they were cordial, kind, understanding and friendly. everything was nice and easy I'm super pleased with everything! And this right here just adds to it, so thank you. I ordered boxes from you a couple years ago and couldn't find my order sheet (I'm a home business and a lil on a slow side, hopefully that changes) So I ended up having to order from someone else. I know times right now are hard, but I was sent the wrong product and trying to get in touch with someone either over the phone, email, or FB...was challenging to say the least. We are a soup kitchen in Dover, NH. Because of the panic with COVID-19 we are now required at the facility to provide take-out for the guests. This has added an extra expense to our already challenging budget.

I haven't used the cupcake boxes yet- they are for a upcoming wedding reception and we can't have self serve due to Covid-19, these will work great, they can see which cupcake it is, and grab and go with out any issues!

I contacted customer support to help with the shipping price and they said it was fedex and nothing could be done. After I ordered they were able to adjust though, so now it's taken care of and I'm a happy customer! Thanks for your help post checkout!
