Double Glazing Essex - Windows Doors Conservatories

I used Mr Window to replace my front door with a composite door &
surround with which I am very pleased, both with design and construction of the product also the efficient and clean way the fitter did his job. I used Mr Window again as they had previously made and
installed my conservatory. I would recommend Mr Windows products to others as I have already done with good results.

before anyone buys from this company i would strongly advise them not to.i had a door fitted last october it looks very nice however is a complete fire hazard it does not always open, we have been locked in our house several times. Mr windows service has been good up until now where they will no longer do anything regarding the door and it is still faulty.i have had an engineer around at least twice a month where they do not know what is wrong with it. it would seem i am not the only person this has happened to as a neighbour has also had the same problem, wether it is the door or poor workman ship i do not know but i do not want anyone else to go through what we have. we are now seeking legal advice

We dealt with a salesman called Kevin who was very helpful and not at all pushy. Our door was built to how we wanted it and fitted within around 3 weeks. Tony the fitter done a great job leaving no mess behind and all rubbish was taken away without charge. Would definitely use again in the future, we are so pleased with our new front door. i have used MR window previously and have to say that the standards have slipped, it took three attempt to fit a door with two frames and i still have a substandard door with damage to ceilings, floor and skirting's adjacent to it.
I would not recommend them to anyone which is a shame as i promote local business.
I'm not sure how long this review will remain, my previous one on Facebook was removed very promptly.

The windows were fitted to a very high standard and the whole job was left clean and tidy after each working day, the fitter was very polite and made sure I was completely satisfied with the way the windows were fitted and performed, the quality of the windows cannot be faulted, exactly what I ordered from Mr Window. I can only recommend to anyone who requires new windows, that Mr Window is the right company to approach.

We was in a rush for a new bathroom window we called the company and had someone out the following day to measure and quote as we needed this within one week of ordering due to a new bathroom installation the surveyor came a measured properly then within six days the window was fitted by a lovely young man who was polite and tidy in his work I was very impressed with the whole order from start to finish and will definitely be using this company for future works the guys in the office was so friendly and we just received a ten year guarantee on the window today now that’s what I call service

We had a problem with our front door, which was fitted 9 years ago. When I telephoned Mr Windows, Daniel was very helpful and arranged for a visit the following day. The fitter explained what had to be done and completed the job efficiently and was vey pleasant throughout the time he was here.

I would like to thank Dominic for his excellent job in fixing a french door with two panels on the sides on my victorian house. He made it matches the existing character of the house. Quite a big job which involved brick work and all. Thank you Mr. Window. Abu.

Such a friendly bunch of people - from the first phone call, to book an appointment - then the sales Rep. who came round, he was very friendly and very informative - he helped us with suggestions on how to have the window openings and which front door was best to have - so very helpful. The Surveyors that came round to measure up were a great pair - very professional but we did have a laugh with them and they sorted everything out for us - Then there was the Fitters , what a terrific pair they were Dominic and George - so friendly and they just worked so hard - they didn't stop for lunch , they ate while they worked - such an impressive pair - they work so well together, they both knew what the other one was doing and would jump in and get something done when it needed doing - they made a little mess but it was all cleaned up before they went home. My husband and I are just so impressed with the Mr Window experience , They are just all so friendly, they enjoy the work they do and it shows . Our windows were half the price of the other company that quoted us - and we are very happy with everything. we have already recommended Mr Window Ltd and will continue to do so . Work consisted of fitting five windows including two bay windows, completed in the 3 day time frame. Disruption was minimal. Fitter was polite and approachable. I was surprised that he did all this work single handedly within timeframe. I am satisfied with the final result.
