Item the "Sherwood" bench stated please allow 4 weeks for delivery but only took one week. delivery service let me know when it would coming. very pleased with quality and design. Enjoying sitting out in my garden with the lovely weather, as soon as this blight covid is over others can come and enjoy it too.

I am a regular customer of museum selection their quality is second to none. I also pass on details of your company to many people the service is good im just waiting for a tea towel to come into stock to finish my order.

I had ordered three items and only received two, with a note that the mugs were out of stock. I have not been told whether they will still arrive or if the payment has gone through for this item.
The two items I received from the order are lovely.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Museum Selection UK. The jewellery I ordered arrived in good time, well packed, and in perfect condition. I did not have to contact them and so cannot comment about that, but I have ordered from them several times and have always been satisfied. I would recommend them.

They sent me one correct item and two wrong ones. I phoned customer service as soon as I
opened the parcel, they were good and apologetic but unfortunately the items I wanted were
not available any more.. just bad luck.. Any way, they sent me a replacement items but really
not what I wanted.

I can say that I rated 5 stars because I liked the look of the brooch online. But as I bought it for a friend, I cannot comment on the actual look and usability as I have not handled it myself. My friend thanked me and said she would be able to put it to good use.
The delivery time was actually a day earlier than forecast. I always find the site clear and easy to find the type of present I am looking for, as the choice is excellent, according to century.
I shall continue to shop with Museum Selection as long as they keep their prices reasonable!

Excellent service.The table arrived within a fortnight, despite being told at the time of ordering that it might not be delivered before July. I have been delighted to be able to use it on sunny days throughout the lockdown.

I love my purchase because it was a bargain- I saw it at the original price and decided to wait-and the only one they had left was in my size! It fits well and may be useful in my wardrobe.
