I`ve always been a reader of Computer Magazine I`d go to the local Book store and buy a copy.( being a UK subscription ) I Finally saw a My Favourite Magazine Deal I couldn`t Pass up .Great Price and Magazine arrived on date stated.

I look forward to every new issue and really enjoy the raspberry pi sections,
I would like to see more project builds for the raspberry pi such as my magic mirror 2 and I also control my 3D printer with a raspberry pi.
The Magazine covers sections for all linux users new and existing.

I have been listening to hard/heavy rock for 50 years. Classic Rock magazine is close to my heart. I carry it with me everywhere I go. I love you guys.

I did not receive my magazine (one still missing), they charged e for subscription nowing that they would not be able to deliver and they refuse to cancel the subcsription against the law. They do not reply to e-mails and their e-mail barely works. I will claim chargeback and filed complaint with ODR.

I purchased on line in February it is now-close to April and I cannot review the item as it has not been delivered. Maybe once I get it I can redo this for a higher rating.

Magazine arrived on time haven't heard anything on the 2 funko pops I should of recieved on taking out sub will probably cancel after the 6 months .

Slow delivery, promised 5 days, complained after 2 weeks. Another 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Still waiting to see whether my subscription ordered at the same time is any better (due May).

After ordering my first subscription it would have been a 5, but when I tried to order a 2nd subscription it would not work!

I have waited the 21/28 days for my magazine to be delivered and it still didn't arrive. I've messaged customer care and they apologised and said it will be dispatched again and please wait another 21/28 days. Very poor service and not acceptable to wait two months

Unfortunately, I didn´t received my magazine after more than 28 days of expected limit date of delivery. Even with a very respectful and kind support team on email, a dispatch with a tracking code would be extremely more helpful on such situation, as I have no idea where my printed edition ended.

I renewed my subscription online to ProCycling for 2 years @ $191. Subsequently I received not one but two postal renewal offers at significantly and successively lower rates... after the first I contacting MFM suggesting I was due a rebate, but was told no... and they did not offer to extend my subscription. That *****.

I am very happy with the magazine and would have rated it 5* if the delivery had been quicker or even if they had said that it would take 4 weeks from the date of publication not from the date they emailed to say it was on its way.

Well the entire problem is the subscription company -the company you have contracted with to get your Fantastic Magazine out to the Subscribers
its beyond Horrible - when I subscribe to these 3 - Guitarist / Total Guitar and Guitar Technique - I never ever know if I am going to receive them - Magazines like Guitar.com(Guitar Magazine) Vintage Guitar -they are Perfect with Delivery ! I know the same company that owns the above 3 has purchased Guitar World and Guitar Player Magazine so I worry that they might fall under that same horrid service but for now that are excellent!

After subscribing for the first time, I was emailed a start date with the February 2020 issue. In early March, after receiving nothing, I emailed customer service and politely explained the situation, asking what happened. They emailed a curt note saying my start date was the April issue. No explanation, no apology, not even an acknowledgment of the discrepancy.
Worse, because I signed up for the 3-month recurring subscription, I am expected to pay my second installment before even receiving my first issue!
Clearly unfair to the customer. The payment should not be withdrawn until a month prior to the start date at the earliest.

Should've had 2 issues by now but I've only had 1 which was late. When I contacted customer service they took forever to reply and didn't resolve my query.

I have rated My Favourite Magazines 5* because "it does exactly what it says on the tin" and that's to provide an quality service when required & making sure you don't miss anything good in your Favourite Mag.
