i gave Ulani Conlin all what we required with fare, transfers, accommodation,insurance meals etc and she listened and came with a deal that was suitable for our age.
Fiji here we come. I would recommend the company to friends.

I was rushed by the My Fiji employee to make the booking and she was not listening to any of my requests. It appeared to me she was wanting her commission not my info. I was booking for a large group for a special event and was promised the world and given very little. I have book with My Fiji and My Bali many times and been very happy this time not so much.

Yes l will good l book my holidays with you all the time and my family too l have booked for oct this year and June and oct next year to l have no problem with booking with my holiday center

I dealt with Rebecca and she was very helpful and polite. I did call another time and ended up talking with one of her colleagues who was not polite or helpful at all. I think it's luck of the draw depending on who you get.

This is the 5th time I've booked our holiday through My Holiday Centre and the second time with My Fiji. My bookings have always been easy. Staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable about their holiday packages and our holiday destination.Our holidays have all be lovely and trouble free. Good value for money.

Had to wait 3 hours for our connection to the island with 2 young children so missed dinner and was very stressful, you also booked us on to a 5am departure boat when our flight wasnt leaving until 2.30pm??? Expected up to get up at 3am to pack, miss breakfast and sit around at the airport for hours on our last day when we should have been relaxing. we luckily spotted it and managed to change the departure time but MyFiji wanted to charge us for it??? DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE IDIOTS. Castaway resort is great but our son ended up with Impatigo, my wife got a bad ear infection and I has food poisoning for 3 of our 6 days.

Took over one week to find my deposit being paid and I kept on getting emails requesting payment all the time and then in the end a email said the booking would be cancelled. I had paid the deposit amount (when requested) directly in cash at the Commonwealth Bank, and you bank Commonwealth Bank and it was in your account within 15 minutes of my payment, yet you could not find it or so long.

This is our second time booking with my Fiji and have found the staff friendly. We did question though with our deal of of getting one thousand Fiji dollars to spend at the selected resorts which is miss leading in advertising. Please review this as we have one booking yet if we booked separately( two people) we would have had two thousand dollars to spend in the resort but in two rooms ??? it is very misleading and could be questioned next time we book ?? Staff at My Fiji did agree as well ??

From the minute we spoke on the phone to our consultant she was extremely helpful and honest. She helped us choose the right package and told us of any extra costs incurred instantly.

Sam was absolutely fantastic and was very generous with his time to help me decide if Fiji was the right holiday destination for our family. He could answer all of my questions, offered additional advice and recommendations, had real knowledge of Fiji, helped me get the best value deal with fantastic inclusions I hadn’t even thought we’re available and he was very empathetic, positive and motivating. Thanks for making the booking part of our holiday so amazing!

I felt pressured to make a decision within 24 hours. This became uncomfortable. We had to arrange pet minding and my husband and I needed time to discuss the practicalities but emails made me feel that the offer would be withdrawn if I didn’t provide the deposit asap.

You ensured our booking coincided with our sons who lives in Australia which was important to us as we are all going to fiji for his wedding. We are traveling out from the UK. The team liaised with my future daughter in law to ensure all our needs were met as well as responded to all my questions via email.

Our consultant helped organise our 2 week trip for 6 people from start to finish with a few extras included. All questions were answered promptly via phone and email. Great value with added extras compared to other companies.
