The agent booked our return flight from Maui leaving less than 1 hour to get our connecting flight from Honolulu to Australia. She also booked a car in Maui that was the smallest possible car available and would not have fit luggage for four people.

They informed us quickly about the strike action at the princess kaiulani hotel and rebooked us at queen Kapiolani Hotel. The things that were promised at the queen Kapiolani Hotel ere not available. The water stations were dreadful because the water wasn’t even filtered. The rooms were small. The check in was good but I had asked for early check in but the room wasn’t available until 3 pm. The rooms were clean

All will depend on how our trip goes next Nov/Dec 2019. We encountered a few problems last time we used My Hawaii (hotel had no record of our reservation etc!) so I cannot rate very high yet!

Once you are no longer a new booking it is really hard to get any typ eof support and I was told they where just too busy as they had so many requests come in overnight. I missed out on some flights due to the delay in getting back to me. I am concerned our flights are booked in the incorrect names with Miss being mixed up with Ms which i am hoping will not cause any issues when we depart.
This feedback request is a perfect example, my name is not Claire Doney but she is in my party travelling.

I spoke with Francis - nothing was to much trouble, she was very patient and helpful. I’ll the follow up emails we sent soon after our conversation. This is the second time I have booked with My Hawaii.

Matheus the consultant was very friendly but I was a bit disappointed that I started to receive texts like "we only have one room left at this price so don't miss out". We had every intention of booking a trip to Hawaii so didn't appreciate the cliched sales texts.

Within days of making our booking better offers became available which I guess is Murphy's law.

Had to change our flight time as they had us booked on a 5.00 pm flight from Melbourne to join a 7.25 pm international flight from Sydney. Totally impossible to do so make sure you check the flight times you are allocated..

I would absolutely recommend Nicole from myHawaii. The service was seem less, easy and she got excited with me about our holiday!

This is my 3rd time booking with My Hawaii.
I was previously in the industry and the 1st time booking, went into a panic looking for my vouchers.
On checking, I discovered the itinerary was my vouchers. Other than that scare, everything has gone like clockwork.

Answered any question promptly.I was drawn to my Hawaii advertisement where with an 8 day holiday there was an amount of extras where included,this is not the case as I now understand.

Hayley was so knowledgeable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond. I have no hesitation in recommending her. We have already booked another holiday through her.

I’ve booked a few holidays now and find all the staff I’ve spoken to are all very helpful and friendly. I always look out for specials that My holiday have advertised.

The Agent (Katie Stephenson) was very helpful and responsive. the service was easy to use. We havent gone on the trip yet but I'm sure it will be great too.

We did not receive any of our package details until (72 hours prior to flying out). I had to call your team in order for action to happen.
We did not get issued our extra leg room seats which we asked and paid for (11A and 11B - four weeks earlier).
Your team did not have a solution, other than to give us whatever seats remained. This was a fix, "NOT" a solution to your initial errors!
We haven't even left for our holiday and we are consumed with feelings of guilt and concern for what failures are awaiting us! We are beginning our 30th wedding anniversary holiday with real concerns and a lack of confidence in your system.

well to be told 9 days before we go away that they forgot to book our extra comfort seating for us 3 months ago when holiday was booked and that now there was no extra comfort seating available and then that there were no economy seating available together either, also if we changed our flights to another day when we could sit together we would have to pay over $900 extra each for that privilege and that they could not guarantee that the hotels would allow a change of dates
also all they could say is that they apologise this doesn't help as it has ruined what was to be our first trip to Hawaii.
we will definitely not be booking with My Hawaii ever again
