This organization delivers on the products but only after you email them multiple times after an order. If you put an order in, please be prepared to wait two months for it to arrive - even if you put 2 day shipping. In the meantime, what happens to the dollars that were used to pay for it? Very sad indeed.

My Name Badges has badge options for my office in every material - plastic, brass etc. They have a professional appearance and the prices are very affordable. They don't charge for shipping as long as the order is over $25.

I didn't know where to go to delete several items that I ordered more than one of by mistake. Also, I was not given a review of the items ordered before I ordered them. I wanted to check spelling etc. but was not directed to do so.

It was difficult to use the badge creation interface - I'd want to go back and make a font size adjustment, and rather than let me make a change it saved the first one and I had to create a new one (placing both new and old ones in my cart!). Once I was ready to buy I decided I wanted 2 of them instead of 1 - but there was no way I could find to just update the cart quantity. Again I had to go out and start over, creating the badge from scratch, deleting the old one, and selecting a quantity of 2 and adding it to my cart a 3rd time.

When I realized I had doubled up the number of badges ordered (two badges for each of two people) instead of one; it took an hour to reduce the number down to two.

Also, I'm still not sure that I ordered one badge for each of two people of two for one person.
