Ordered a Storm Tank Rugged Armor phone case 2 weeks ago, paid for overnight shipping, received the phone 5 days later and it had a broken bar at the USB plug in port! Tried to contact them about it and have not received any answer from them. I will not buy another thing from them!

After I made my purchase I got curious as to what customers had to say. To my horror I see the bad reviews, however; I found myphonecase.com excellent on both product & price. Their downfall seems to be communication & lack of tracking info. That being said I would order from them again & will recommend them! 5/5

I ordered my phone case on 12/26 and paid for priority shipping. It is 5 days later, my phone case order has not been updated OR SHIPPED! The seller has not responded to my multiple emails or requests to cancel my order and refundsl my money. This seller is a thief, a scam artist and crook. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I have opened a case with PayPal. Will also be contacting BBB and the local business license authorities in California about this business and it’s thievery. The company running this website and business needs to be shutdown.

I ordered a phone case two weeks ago. I just happened to check out the reviews this morning, and became really concerned when I saw all the horror stories. I was prepared for the worst. Then the mail came and there it was. I really can't complain about this company. The price was excellent, and the shipping time was not that bad, considering all that's going on now. My only complaint is that there is really no way to track your package. The link to track it didn't. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

ordered my phone holder late December 20th 2019 and got it today the 27th, not bad getting a package this time of the year, I'm very happy with the holder and the service I got. Don't understand all the bad reviews, I saw they and it scared me to death but everything was OK.

I ordered 2 cases never received them, but they surely took my money. I never received a tracking number. I filled out the request form never heard from them. I sent a total of 3 emails. Called 3 times and left messages with my contact info. Guess what still no response. This company is a piece of crap. You can't do customers like this and expect returned business!!!

I placed an order 4/15/20 and have received nothing but a tracking number which tells me nothing! I have left messages emails etc. and still nothing. My account has been charged and still nothing I'm really p****d off.

If I could rate their customer service below a 1 I would. I ordered a new phone case and If I could rate their customer service below a 1 I would. I ordered a new phone case and 2 EGC Premium Screen Protector for Moto Z2 Play. They took my money fast enough. I did receive timely updates on the delivery status of the order. The problem was when the order was received only the case that I ordered was in the package. I tried emailing their customer service eight times with no response. They claim they will get back with you within 24-48 hours. That sure didn't happen. I called their number; got a voicemail. I left a message but will probably never hear from them.
I wish I would have read some of the other reviews before I placed an order. I'm surprised I even got the phone case.

I ordered a case & screen protector for my son for Christmas & enclosed was a card that said if the screen protector was broken they'd replace it. It was in fact broken& I emailed them immediately. They told me they'd send one which they did not. In the meantime, my son dropped his brand new phone & cracked the screen! I emailed them again and got response so I emailed them the third time& got no response. I wish I would've read the reviews so I hope I'm helping someone else. Do not buy from this company. They are not trustworthy & they do not care about their customers at all.

Placed an order last week and have not received anything regarding shipping, submitted a ticket yesterday, attempted to call today and no answer whatsoever. It's no wonder they've turned off posts and reviews from their page. This website is complete garbage. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a tech 21 case for my galaxy s9 plus, but got some cheap silicone case instead from a Hong Kong company called Tak Yuet. Total scam. I'm not even going to send it back because I have to ship it internationally with a tracking number. Too expensive to do that! I'll just eat the $30 loss!!

I ordered a case and never recieved it I paid for the first class priority mail which states on the website is 2 days never responded to my emails no number to contact never sent a tracking number until I threatened to call the cops then sent me a tracking number I contacted the postal office to only have them tell me they never received the product that only a label had been created I filed a complaint with the bbb and filed a scam report through the bbb which they are investigating I always contacted my attorney and filed a law suit against them for stealing my money waiting for the papers to be served to this crooked **** company and hopefully do all I can to get them shut down will be contacting my local news in Hopes of getting it spread around so everyone knows
