Thankful for the free shipping! The free shipping was great, but the box was poorly packed and it was all opened and torn up when we got it from Fedex. I had to look over the swing thoroughly to make sure it was not damaged. Poor delivery by Fedex. They tried to say that it was your packing that was so bad.

I have had a set of the durawood furniture for over 15 years and have been very pleased with them. This year we decided to freshen them up with new roping and they look fantastic. Changing out the roping does require patience, but the results are fantastic.

Shipping is free if over $75. My order was $270 and I think for good returning g customers you should be allowed to use another coupon but that is not the case. Great to get free shipping but with a certain amount above $75 it would be nice to use a coupon too.

Longtime customers of Nags Head Hammocks. Love the double hammock, folding chairs, barstool high chair, footstools, bent oak swings, padded folding chair. The oak products have lasted for 20+ years. My 92 almost 93 year old Mom loves to swing really high in the bent oak hammock seat swing that is hanging from a 9ft high bar. When she swings her head & feet go as high as that bar. She smiles from ear to ear!

Pretty easy process to cancel and return my order after a month of waiting for them to properly fulfill the order. They couldn't accomplish it after two attempts and it was always someone else's fault.

There has been no actual order confirmation from NHH. No info on shipping, nothing to even acknowledge receiving my order. 24 hrs have passed. They took my payment immediately and it has already been taken from.my PayPal acct. This should not happen until my order has been shipped!

good website. But I sent a message to you to be sure the stand the the hammock went together and never hear back from you, so I went ahead and ordered hoping all of you stands fit all of your hammocks.

This was purchased during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it took a little while to receive the order. Not sure if that was normal processing/delivery time or delayed due to the situation of the world. Also, missing some bolts that I need to finish assembly. Have left voice message and also emailed and haven't heard back from anyone yet - hoping that is also attributable to the COVID crisis and not the company's normal response time. I'm still waiting patiently given the situation.

Nags Head Hammocks sells high quality hammocks and everything about my shopping experience was A+ I love the comfort, quality and design of the hammock I purchased. I would definitely purchase from Nags Head Hammocks again and certainly recommend them to others.

Ordering was quite simple. However my confirmation stated that my items would be shipped in 7 - 10 business days. I realized that we are living in strange times due to the virus pandemic and that normal work schedules could be delayed but I would have appreciated some communication re: delayed delivery. Once I sent an email to customer service it opened the door to communication as they replied within a few days and explained the delay.

From start to finish the whole online shopping experience was easy. I ordered the swing about 2 weeks before I needed it assuming it would take some time getting to me. I believe it was delivered three business days later!

Overall everything was great, although the hammock stand is just wood I would recommend some packing material which would have protected the stand and made it easier for FedEx to ship. The quality of the stand is great and hope it stands the test of time. Shipping would have been quick if FedEx did not break open the packaging during shipping, probably due to the wood freely moving in the boxes.

Great products. Work perfectly in our space, and quality is excellent. Frustratingly poor communication, and no actual order confirmation from website. All worked out well. Willing to give benefit of doubt, during challenges of Corona Quarantine.

Quality of Packaging for the Hammock Stand is terrible. I'm not sure how anyone gets their package undamaged, but the 3 foam blocks and thin bubble wrap and flimsy cardboard box is not enough to protect this 40 lb product from damage during shipping. I've had 2 delivered and they were both damaged in shipping. The 2nd one less so and is not bad enough to require a replacement. Please update the packaging if you continue to sell this stand. Customer service is way too back logged. I understand it's unprecidented times, but there are so many unemployed people it should be relatively easy to staff up right now. No excuse for this issue to take 4 weeks to resolve. Based on those two experiences I would be hesitant to re-order or recommend ordering.

I wish that the hammock swing stand came in black. I'm glad that the "MOTHER" promo code is in effect! The shipping is very expensive, and other companies are charging far less to ship. Without that promo code, I would have purchased a stand from another company.

I purchased 2 hanging chairs as a Mother's Day gift and picked a color that the website said "ships today" thinking 6 days would be adequate. I received a notice 4 days later that my order shipped. Received 4 days after that. 1 chair is fine. 1 chair was broken in the package. After 3 emails and 5 phone calls inside 2 weeks I finally reached a person. Explained the situation and decided to return the broken chair for an upgrade to a double chair at wife's request. Returned it 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive the new double chair. No problem processing the credit card right away but responsiveness and empathy is lacking. Since I can't get a return call, updated status or return email, maybe someone will see this and respond. Things happen and I don't blame them for the broken chair, but customer service has not been good. The product is good quality, at least up to now.

I ordered a rope repair kit for my hammock and realized when I received the kit it was the wrong item. Due to the COVID pandemic it took a week or so to get an RMA to return the wrong ordered item. I have since returned it and am waiting for a credit.
