I ordered a pair of boots for my gf birthday , but when the boots arrived and she tried them on , did not fit her. I made an exchange requesting a bigger size and they sent me an email w instructions saying as soon they receive the boots they will process the exchange. After two weeks waiting i receive an email from them were says they received the boots but that the boots were damaged on the bottom part and they cannot accept the exchange and will send the boots back like that. After looking at such poor customer care i wrote an email explaining that is impossible because she could not use them , it wont fit her, otherwise i will just keep it, why would i be taking all the time and paying for shipping to ask just for a bigger size if we really could use the boots? Well is being a month and a half already and after several emails i have not received neither the firsts boots nor money nor answer from them. This is completely unacceptable. I am now without boots, without the money and no answer nor explanation from them. The worst company ever. Do not buy anything here.

I bought the shoes in november. They arrived in a week and i was so happy that the shoes came so quikly. But thats where everything went down hill. After opening the shoes i have found that one of the shoes insoles where not glued down, the other shoes insole also started to pell after i have tried them on once. Customer support works so porly that all of my reaching out has done apsolutely nothing. I have been having conversations with a robot about the shoes for two months. They been asking me for photos in every email. And ive been realy patient with this brand sending them photos of the shoes 3 different times. What i got in return? Another asking for pictures, a sugestion to pick different style because they sold out of the shoes i liked (i told them that i dont like any other styles of shoes so i asked if they can fix the shoes that i already have or refund me on fixing cost in my local area) they asked for pictures again. The reply emails from the brand come after weeks of reaching out. They are not responsive. Im pretty sure the brand doesnt actualy read the emails and just get auto respons to everyone that reaches out with no intention on doing something. A real Dissapointment. They dont desserve to call themselves a luxury brand because the quality of the product is not better than wish shoes and the price is out of proportion. They realy should be having better controll on the quality of there product. 300€ is not cheap I realy had to work hard to spoil myself with these shoes. But Fck this brand is a Fkin SCAM. I cant afford to miss out on even a 100€ but this brand scamed me out with even larger amount of money. Sad angry dissapointed. If you acctualy want the shoes to fit quality and price buy demonia (the sizes are bigger than writen tho)… NAKED WOLFE IS NOT WORTH NEATHER THE MONEY NOR THE HYPE. I hope this brand goes bankrupt.
