I received a damaged table from them and after offering $20 for me to keep it, they have not been back in touch in 4 days! I am left without a table and one I can't use taking up valuable space in my apartment. I tried calling a few times today and no one answered the phones!

I received an email that said my order was shipped 10 days ago. I called the company to see if I could get a tracking number and was referred to a local shipping company. They had never heard of my order. I emailed NFS back and was told I would get a response 3 days ago. STILL waiting and have no idea when I will get my furniture. This is a pathetic excuse for a company, do not order from them. Will be contacting the BBB.

I placed an ordered for Temptation Mahogany Power Recliner w/Push Button 10 days ago and I received it today. Quality of product was awesome as they mention, received my item on time. Their customer support was also good. My overall experience with them was good.
I am waiting for my curtains hope I will get this on time also.

The dresser is beautiful and was several hundred dollars less than in other stores. It did take three weeks to arrive, but I understand freight shipping (especially free!) is not fast.

I order a mirror from this company around June 26th due to the fact it said "in stock" and expected to receive it within 1 to 2 weeks, 3 at most. After 2 weeks had passed I emailed the company in regards to my item and was told the item was backordered until JULY 30th. I had already waited for 2 weeks so decided to wait some more since I really liked the mirror. It is now August 24 and my item has not arrived. I've emailed and no response and when I called twice, the operator was not paying any attention and not acting professionally. I had never had an issue like this even though I buy online ALL the time. Truly DISSAPOINTED.

I had made an order for an alligator salt and pepper shaker 4 weeks before Christmas and still have not received it and it's late February. They kept telling me it was back ordered after the fact it was too late to order the item from another store. 3 months later, after they kept back ordering it every time I called, they told me it would not be ready to ship for another 4 weeks! So I finally got tired of being strung along and cancelled my order. Hopefully I get my money back. But this is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Also my first online complaint because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through.

I ordered two dining room chairs, the fabric was beautiful, and quality was exceptional, and deliver was on time without any damage to the chairs. Would definitely order for National Furniture Supply again. Good Job!

love the product it was a rattan type table looks exactly like the picture only problem I had was it took about three-and-a-half to 4 weeks to get but was in great shape and I really like it I just wish it could have been quicker.but very happy besides that with company and product.also when I emailed them and called them about where it was and what was taking so long they responded very quickly.

I bought the Nantucket wood whale sign to put up on one of my walls in the entryway of my home. It took quite a bit of time to arrive (about 4 weeks) and my credit card was charged before it had even shipped. Upon arrival, it was packaged well, but did not come with mounting hardware or even a picture hook on the back so it could be hung. The piece itself is very nice...real wood and the print is beautiful. The picture online is an accurate representation of the sign and dimensions are exact. Could be used in many rooms or styles of decorating!

I ordered and paid for a small item, which was a cast aluminum plant holder on May 3, 2016. It was to be a birthday gift that I would present to my wife on May 19th. Instead, she received a picture of it with her birthday card with an apology from me.

I heard nothing from National Furniture Supply concerning my order until I filled out an email form on their website on June 6, 2016. Within a few days I had received confirmation that my email was received and that the order was being looked into, a confirmation that the item had been shipped, then I received my item.

My conclusion is that the internal system of the company does not work correctly unless a squeaky wheel alerts employees that a specific task needs to be completed. I will not be using this company again. There are too many other companies that know how to run their lemonade stands correctly.

I waited for this chest to be delivered for two and one half months because it was backordered, It finally arrived damaged. It had a three inch gash on the side. I decided not to return it because the gash is on the side of the chest that is against the wall, and so it will not be visible. I am pleased with the quality of the chest and the price could not be beat.

We first saw our table in a model home. We searched our neighborhood far and wide and then found it at National Furniture Supply for a great price AND free shipping. It had to come across the country to California and we were staying in a VRBO at the time waiting for our home to be ready. We were worried about shipping it to the VRBO thinking what would happen if our home was ready early, and our shipment got delayed . . . but National assured us that it would ship promptly and we could track it. We are very happy with the table and the service we got from National.

We ordered a beer hall style 8 foot table with benches for $450. The photo sample online shows a very new looking table and has the description that actual color varied. Both the table and benches seem very sturdy. Unfortunately the table has a huge split down the middle throughout the length of the table. It gives a little at the split when you press down on it. The delivery did not come with a Bill of Lading so we aren't sure that we can even return it. Wish it was in better shape so it will last longer but guess we just have to settle.

Ordered sept 1 th. Received a call about item delivery schedule, for sept 12 th.. But nothing arrived.
Contacted company, no response, several more attempts eventually (9-17) they let me know item was on back order till October 30 th.
When a response is received it is robotic, and incomplete.
I would have loved to receive my item, their prices are fanastic but worthless if you can not receive the item; combined with their horrible customer service, if there is an issue I can not imagine how hair pulling that would be to resolve.
I ended up canceling the order, which thankfully they were quick to respond with refund confirmation.
I will not be shopping with this company again.

I ordered the queen blue velvet bed on Dec. 28th, 2016....there was no communication as to when my bed was arriving, I tried to contact the number on their site but no answer so I emailed them that I wanted information about when I would receive my bed, they replied Jan. 19th, however my bed arrived on Jan 12th, when I opened the box it was not the blue color as advertised in the picture on their website, this makes me very upset!!

Paid for a $1500 rug on Nov 12, which they advised shipped on Nov 24, but Fed Ex states that only a "shipping label" was created. It is now Dec 15 and after numerous emails and voice mails left for this company there is no response. I am asking my credit card company to refund my money. If you think they have good prices - you may ask yourself - WHY?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They lie about their availability, delivery dates, and "30 day money back guaranty." I called and emailed numerous times to cancel the order (because it was five weeks late) and they sent anyway and now say I have to pay return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. They are actually beyond rude but downright belligerent on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager who never actually called me back. Awful awful bad people. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card is filing action against them.

I bought one of these stools to use as an end table next to a leather sofa I liked it so much that I ordered a second one to use next to a love seat. It is surprisingly well constructed for the price. It is not quite as shiny as the photo but I actually prefer the more subdued shading.

I received my furniture today in a good condition.I got the item just five days after i placed the order. good job done. I think it's a good site to purchase home decor item they have got good selection of product and low prices. Customer service was very responsive and helped me place the order over the phone.
