The product arrived 2 days after promised (5/17 instead of 5/15). But that was FedEx ground and not NPC, who had it on the truck 5/13 for a 5/12 order. So 4 - 5 stars to NPC and 2-3 stars to FedEx on shipping. The cover does not have side vents as promised - but that may not be a concern. The cover arrived in time for a CA Central Valley wind & rain test by nature - performed better than the last cover which would have started coming off in similar weather.

I was frustrated as it took forever to get help and I waited for 15+ minutes to ask questions. Finally, I took a break and when I looked at my screen again, I'd been logged off. But when I finally did get someone on the line, she was very nice and helpful. The product got here a day or two later than expected but that was probably due to COVID. The table cover I ordered is terrific and I love the product and am happy with the price and the purchase.

Hopefully your product can handle the New Mexico weather! Yes, this is always our hope. Our weather here destroys fabrics and I have tried many different brands, hoping yours will outperform the previous ones I have bought.

It almost a week for item to be delivered. UPS said item had been delivered but I could not find it anywhere. Then I got an e-mail from u that the item was been shipped!? Bottom line, I received the item.

I ordered 2 patio chair covers that were both the same size as they were on sale only in that size/color. Unfortunately one turned out too big for one set of my smaller patio chairs. The next day I found a smaller size on sale and had to order that size and unfortunately this time had to pay the shipping charges. I was surprised to find the smaller size on sale just the next day. Cover quality seems to be reasonable for the price paid. Hope they last under the sun for at least a few years.

Easy to use site and I'm no spring chicken, highly recommend giving it a try! After receiving my items, the color is not close to the beautiful Granny Smith green apple you advertise. The grill cover doesn't fit at all!! Yes I measured before ordering. I will not purchase from this place again. I'm doubting this will last two seasons..

they arrived in a timely manner. They seem to work well for what I needed. to keep the sun off of the outdoor furniture during the days we are at work, and the rain off during bad weather. worth the price and very well constructed considering the price I paid. they are outside this morning covering our furniture as it has been raining since the day after I received them. good timing.

Very satisfied. Quick and efficient ordering for a custom outdoor buffet cover. Delivered exactly when they said it would be, which was weeks before anyone else, despite the pandemic and the price was great.

The covers I bought Eevelle for my two chairs and small couch should have already been treated with this protective spray, or should have been told it would have been a good idea to purchase at the same time

I tried to ordered 3 different covers and no matter what I did It would not process the one cover I needed most. So, you lost out on a couple of hundred dollars of merchandise I just ordered the one I needed and will forget the others.

Just received my patio furniture, and we keep getting popup thunderstorms. I have to take off the cushions and put them inside to time consuming. Therefore, looking forward to receiving the furniture covers.

I received an incorrect order. I have spent hours trying to learn by phone and chat line what I do to exchange the incorrect items for the ones I ordered. I have filled out the return form three times before it finally was accepted for submission - I have no idea what the problem was for it was filled out identically. I have called twice and chose to hold to speak to a PERSON - but was cut off both times. The information on your website about my item's availability changes each time I look it up - multiple times this afternoon. Is it or is it not available - my original order was substituted for another color which I do not want! Frustration galore !!
