I use Pixillion since 2011 and I love it. From the pictures of my grandchildren I made with Skype I can made jpg-files.
When I have some problems I directly mail the helpdesk of NCH and they can always help me. Because I'm older I do not always understand what to do. The answers from the young people at the Helkpdesk are excellent and they are very kind and understandable.

Perhaps one of the most reliable bits of software installed at Radio 2SER in Sydney, it outlived the Dell server it was running on. Moving the software to a new server was a breeze after contacting NCH for support. The response to the help required email was immediate and resolved the registration issue immediately.

I have used Express Scribe for a number of years now. Having done a factory reset on my computer, I lost most of my software. It was so easy to return to the NCH website, download the new software and plug my pedal in to get started.
I needed the professional license, NCH were just an email away to provide me with my original registration key.... this is the second time I have done this. NCH customer service is awesome!

My mistake with wrong email address I contacted accounts and billing they replied with in 4 hrs to help me correct my mistake very happy with the promt service very happy with the photo pad software

I have been using Express Invoice for a few years now and it has become an integral part of one of my small businesses and during that time changed from the Windows version (after getting annoyed with all the Microsoft related issues) to the Mac OS version purchasing licenses for both platforms.
I recently decided to upgrade my HDD to SSHD and had to re-install the software as one would. The moment I did though, I assumed the worst when my license key no longer worked and was re-directed to the sales page.
Thinking purchasing another license was inevitable I quickly popped off a support ticket (without any codes and just using the email address I used when I made the purchase years ago) and reluctantly started googling other invoicing apps even though I didn't want to start on a new system and was happy with EI.
To my surprise a reply came through within minutes with a key and link to the version I needed to install. I was still reading the google results from my search and had not even opened a link! I was very impressed and quite honestly instantly relieved!

That was awesome service and quite refreshing in a digital age where support tickets usually take a day or two (if at all)! This alone has secured my ongoing support with regards to not only the Invoicing software in question but has made me to look at some of the other solutions NHC Software offers to see if there are other apps/programs that I can use in some of my other businesses too!

The only reason this review (which is something I don't do) does not get all five stars is the chat support did not work. Apart from that - FIVE STARS

Experienced virus wipe out two days ago and sent email today seeking permission to open on another computer. Information received within a couple of hours.

I have used Classic FTP for years and it has never disappointed me. I plan to continue using Classic FTP for years to come.

Transferring from Windows 7 to iMAC OS my 2010 Word Home and Student documents wouldn't open. Something to do with 32bit and 64bit incompatibility. However I was pointed towards a converter and found Doxillion was described as the most suitable. Small hitch when getting started but NCH customer support helped me through it and now it is operating very efficiently and solving my problem.

I had forgotten to back up three NCH Software programs (Pixillion, Doxillion, and PhotoPad) onto a flash drive when I knew my old computer was going to die. FORTUNATELY, I had saved a printed copy of the email from when I purchased them 3-1/2 years ago. Just a quick email to the support team with info off my purchase confirmation email and within just a few hours, links to re-register the programs again. Took less than 5 mins. Couldn't be happier with the customer support I got.

Bought a recorder product from NCH and after several attempts, I just gave up and ask for a refund and with no questions ask they immediately they immediately gave me a refund. Most hassle free purchase I have had in a while. NCH will forever have a customer.

I have been using NCH software for a number of years - I admit to 'not being the easiest of technology users!' I get in a muddle and need technical and other types of assistance quite often - NCH has always helped me when I needed it - I used DreamPlanHomeDesign software to design my dining room extension - my plans only needed a few small adjustments to get them passed by 'Local Planning and Buildings regulations' - not bad for a secondary school dropout.

I used the older version of the audio converter and disk burn but after swapping info over from old faulty PC to a new one my NCH files no longer worked. I sent an email to the Teck dept and within a few hours got an update with new registration code. Such quick and great response that I upgraded but software items and all was an easy task.

The Aiseesoft Mac Screen Recorder has greatly helped me as an instructor during the time of distance learning and the closure of schools. From recording my reading of a text to recording my explanation of assignments, the mac screen recorder has enabled me to teach remotely and facilitate my students' understanding. I could not have conducted remote learning without this software. What is more, it is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I literally opened it up and was recording my first screencast in minutes without looking at even one tutorial.

I've used plain Express Scribe for over 5 years and never had a problem. Jobs for a new client required that I use Express Scribe Pro. I had two issues that were resolved quickly and with no hassle:
1. I accidentally ordered and paid for ESP twice -- once with the service contract and once without. I requested a refund of my money for the no-service purchase, and it was refunded to me the next day with no questions, no hassles.
2. I had issues installing ESP and used Chat to contact customer support. Since I'm in the U.S. and they're in Australia, I figured the time difference would delay my receiving help. Not so. They very shortly sent me step-by-step directions, and I was able to install it quickly and easily.

I had to replace my hard drive and lost all my programs., including two NCH programs. When I reinstalled them, the registration for two of the programs. I was given a solution within a couple hours.

The toolbars are optional, no file extension hijacks, no more malware warnings - NCH seems to be taking customer comments to heart, and refocusing on keeping their software effective with no bloat attached to them.

I believe they are moving in the right direction.

Gigi with the customer service team got me squared away quickly and I'm back up and running after having a computer crash. The NCH products work well, and are priced well, but I really appreciate customer support that isn't a hassle.

I now have 5 programs from NCH, Switch, Wavepad, Recordpad, Expressburn, and last Sound Tap. It seems that I forgot how to use my own computer to register the last product. I was guided through the process by Kae, in a professional, and non-judgmental process. I am an non-professional user of these products and they have enhanced my ability to enjoy the capabilities of my computer. The relative cost for capabilities of these programs in one of the best bargains I have ever purchased.

I asked how to move my product that I purchased in 2010 to my new computer. I was very happy to receive such great service. Their service matches their superb products; both are excellent!
