I ordered Cadweld 150 shot. In the description, it says "package quantity of 10." I thought it was safe to assume that by ordering 5, I would receive 5 packs of 10. This was not the case. I was very disappointed to receive just a fraction of what I thought I had bought.

I asked to cancel my order because the order has not shipped for almost 2 months. The customer service lady told me that I cannot cancel because the order is already submitted to the vendor and they don't have any control. This company is terrible with customer service period. I recommend people to stay away from the company. I received the order after another month later....

I was happy when I first ordered. Then I found out they shipped it ground. I had payed for 2 day shipping on a wensday. They shipped it on a Friday and sent it ground. I choosesd two so I would have it on Friday. They charged me $123.00 for two day shipping when ground shipping was $40.00. I lost 83.00 to them and I can't get the difference in a refund. Customer service said it is nonrefundable. I will never use neobits again. They are Dishonest . Watch out if you must use them that you are not being mislead.

I ordered 'Wadsworth Falls Ratchet Tool Set Deluxe' from them because they had the item marked as in stock, when other vendors did not. One month later I had been billed but never received my package. An email was sent and they replied that there had been a problem and my order would be out within a few days later. Two weeks later, still nothing. I sent another email and Jane wrote back to tell me that she would 'take care of it'. Twenty minutes later my order was cancelled.

I needed some Yagi antennas for a job on short notice and found them in stock at Neobits, Inc. when all my other suppliers had 1 - 2 week lead time. Neobits, Inc. was also cheaper than my other suppliers. Unfortunate they do not take phone orders. Would also be nice to know where items are shipping from during the ordering process so you can make a informed decision on shipping method. I paid 3 day ground shipping on something that was only 1 - 2 days away. We will be sure to do more business with Neobits, Inc. in the future. Overall very satisfied with the service.

They charged money although the item I purchased on 15th is EOL end of life with the manufacturer, and they did not notify me about this issue until i contact. After i contact them, they have promised a refund right away, but they are still holding my money (Today is 22nd).

I placed an order for $10k worth of equipment, a month later I followed up and was told the gear was awaiting shipment at the warehouse. Now, two months later, Neobits customer service is dodging my calls and avoiding me. When I do get someone on the phone, they act like I am bugging them for no reason.

TL;DR This company sold me something they didn't actually have, then gave me the runaround about a refund for a month. Don't trust their claim of "In Stock", it's meaningless.



I found Neobits through a Google Shopping search for some headphones I wanted to buy. The site seemed legit (good score here), and the price was good, so I purchased the headphones. The next day my order status changed to "Backordered". I thought that was weird because they were definitely listed as "In Stock" when I made the purchase. Having no interest in waiting around for them, I cancelled the order through the website, and purchased the headphones elsewhere (had those in-hand two days later). I thought that was that, but no such luck :(

The next week I noticed my bank account had not been refunded for that cancelled order. I went back to Neobits and found that the order still listed "Active" in my account, so I reached out to customer service to make them aware of the issue and demanding an immediate refund. They got back to me saying they would cancel the order and refund me immediately. Well it's now another week later, and the order is still "Active" on their site, and I still haven't been refunded. We're coming up on a month since the original purchase date with no end in sight.

Anyway, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these goofballs. The page for those headphones doesn't even exist anymore. Looks like they never actually had them and just caught a fish (me) from Google.

I must say that my first experience with Neobits will probably be my last. I ordered an IC Realtime NVR and four IP cameras. I contacted sales and they said they were in stock. So, I placed the order. Several days went by and I had not received any communication on my order. When I went to the website and checked on the status, it said the products were backordered. Once I received my package, I only had the NVR and ONE IP camera (which did not include any instructions or installation hardware). Needless to say, I am not pleased with the level of service.

Thankfully, the only saving grace for this review is because of the customer service person who helped me, Jane. She was able to communicate with the warehouse and get them to "find" the remaining 3 IP cameras and send them via UPS 2-day Air. They were supposed to have arrived yesterday. No cameras, yet.

I found the website easy to navigate, found the item I was looking for & easily placed the order - had one question which was answered quickly by the sales associate. Received the item sooner than the website had said to expect it - I will definitely shop at Neobits again!!

I needed 2 new vacuum parts asap and found this company with A google search of the item description. It looks like they are A business to business type company but I'm glad they had what I needed for my home. I was thrilled the parts came so much sooner than expected and I was back in action vacuuming!!! Thanks! I'll be back to see what else you have in the future!

I ordered a 13257909 - LeakSmart - 8850830 - System Hub 3.0. The shipping method on my invoice is clearly UPS Ground. The item was shipped FED EX, 21 year old signature required. Why? The shipping method caused me to chase the box with FedEx since I am NOT home during the day.
