So you think your getting a bargain with this will service. Which I guess you are until you unfortunately loose someone and you have no choice but to use them. Extremely rude on the telephone. Also how they can ever justify charging 90% of my fathers saving for a straight forward hand over to my mum I will never understand. This is worse than a loan shark or being robbed and gun point. Tried contacting them at the beginning to say we can manage this ourselves as it was straight forward and they would not allow this. Now my mum is left penniless. Absolutely disgusting. Will see what my solicitor has to say about this. Not sure how they sleep at night.

I waited for over a month for the worst face masks I’ve ever seen. Literally, any person down the street (or yourself) can make a better one. They do not respond to emails. They do not pick up the phone. Absolutely horrible company that puts on some façade that they are “patriotic” and “American- made”. Yeah, right-that’s why you’re ripping off American citizens with these “masks” that were cut out of a thin sock with safety scissors? And you make people wait for over a month to even get them? How dare you attach our country’s name and military to push an unbelievably substandard product via abysmal customer service.

I have been a customer for years. The only good quality shirts I ever got was when they first started in the old warehouse. Now they have a new store front but cheap, terrible materials that do NOT fit correctly. I decided to try one last time to be completely disappointed AGAIN. I placed an online order that took ridiculously long to fill and they left out a shirt that I ordered and paid for

I bought 3 orders of the face masks after seeing an interview on Fox News. At a time when you want to trust American manufacturing this company is a complete scam. The masks provide no protection at all and they are so thin. I called customer service twice and had to leave a message. I sent an email and never got a response. I would be embarrassed to call these American made!

So I spent over $100 with Nine Line and it took weeks to ship. UPS damaged the shipping envelope without even an apology note and most of the contents were dumped at some UPS hub. I got one t-shirt that I ordered from the entire order.

I called Nine Line and got a very nice person who said I'd get a replacement right away. Well, it's been a week and no shipping notice or anything that it's actually going to happen. It's been nearly a month since I ordered and I have one $100+ t-shirt.

Until they get their shipping issues fixed and their customer service follow-up issues resolved, I would stay away. I like to support veterans and veteran-owned businesses but these guys clearly haven't figured out more than marketing.

Website said guaranteed by 12/25 so I ordered 5 shirts on 12/10. Received an email on 12/14 saying it was shipped and gave me a tracking number for UPS. Then I get another email on the 15th telling me they haven’t forgot about me and they were working hard to fill my order... WTH? I got an email the day before saying it was already shipped. Nothing showed on tracking until the 18th so they only made the shipping label and didn’t even ship it. Originally tracking said I would receive 12/22 then I get a new email last week that says it was changed to 12/27 (AFTER Christmas), these were gifts so now I had to go out and buy 5 more shirts from somewhere else. I replied to the customer service email that I was very frustrated but they never replied to me. Most companies would at least reply with an apology and an explanation. There are other veteran owned companies out there that know what they are doing and have better customer service so I’ll stick with ordering from the others but I will not order from this company again. They don’t care about the customer, they just want your money. I wouldn’t have even givin them 1 star but it didn’t give me the option.

Ordered over 100$ worth of items... non of them were on special order... sent email to see where products where because it had been 6 days with no shipping email from them. Customer service was rude... did nothing but say 3 to 7 days if I read the website I would know that. It was the 10th day still not shipping email so emailed again... finally returned my email 4 days later to tell me it was delivered the day before... advise to owners.... word of mouth can make or break you... your customer service as well as quality of products need help!

These facemasks are made from 1 layer of very thin tshirt material. Light shines right through them. Very disappointed. At least I only paid $5 for them and not the $9.50 they are asking for now.

I purchased $100 worth of items. I overlooked the order fulfillment time on their website so i sent them an email. They responded they were a "made to order" company and allow 5 to 7 business days. On the 7th business day the status changed to "shipped" and gave me a tracking number. 2 days later USPS still had not received the package. After reading other reviews, it seems their standard practice is to print the label, so the status changes. I thought i ordered in time to get before father's day. Guess it will be late. I hope at the least the quality is good. As a veteran i hate to negatively comment against a veteran owned business, but come on guys!

This company makes you think their clothing line is made here in the USA because their company slogan is "Relentlessly Patriotic". I feel like I've been lied to. How can they put an American Flag on a Chinese Product, Made by the Chinese, and the Chinese profit from this "Sell Out" so called Patriotic company! WTF??? This $135.00 jacket I have is the first and last purchase by me from this company. Maybe they should rename their company Chine Line Craparrel.

I ordered a 10 pack of what I thought were going to be useable masks **** to me surprise I received something that was totally unusable pieces of cloth. I return them and they only refunded 1/2 of my money total unexpected and unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourself for trying to pass that off as a mask that is the worst product I have ever seen.
I want a full refund. That was not what I ordered.

I ordered over $100 in shirts for my wife in large and every shirt fit her as a small. I went to their site for return info and entered my order number and it says there is no order with that number so I finally called and no answer then I wrote an email with all my info and still no response. This has been since October 25th. I never got a packing list or invoice. Do not buy from this company. False advertising and cheap material for expensive prices.

You pay $1 extra for made in the USA, but he shirts are made from foreign materials! Horrible quality material. I got to pay shipping to be disappointed and aggravated. Thought I was supporting fellow veterans, but was just ripped off by them.
