BUYER BEWARE!  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought a front splitter directly from NINTE because my son’s Christmas list contained a link that went directly to their site, straight to this particular splitter. Every time I went to check out, it was showing that I was buying the “side skirts” (which he already has), not the front splitter.  After several failed attempts to correct the item, I finally got the front splitter in my cart. When I received the confirmation, I took a screenshot since the only details it contained on the page was the confirmation number. Then a week later, I received a shipping confirmation stating that I was going to be receiving my “side skirts” soon!  I called the number on the website right away, which is supposedly located in Kansas. I left a message stating that I was going to re-buy the front splitter so that my son would have it by Christmas, however; I needed to return the incorrect item right away. I never received a return call.  Instead, I got an email response to my email inquiry a couple days later. They said that no other customers had experienced any “glitching” therefore it was a return caused by the customer. They refused to pay for the return shipping however, as a “courtesy”, they would not charge the restocking fee.  I told them that their mobile website was indeed glitching that day, and along with all the pictures they required of the box, the labels, etc., I also sent a picture of my son’s car containing side skirts.  Why on earth would I have bought side skirts if he already has them? Their email responses were coming in at 2 o’clock in the morning EST, so I can only assume that they are in a different country.  Every response was more mechanical than the first.  Repeating the same thing over and over that they are very sorry, but they cannot pay for the shipping since it was the customers fault.  I went back online and read reviews about NINTE and apparently there are many people that not only agreed to pay the shipping for their return, but they never received their refund! Now I'm afraid to send the product back regardless! I even called a different phone number listed on their Facebook page, and it's not even a real number! My only mistake was not knowing that I could have bought this item on Amazon, because Amazon would surely have stepped in to protect my purchase.  It’s a shame I have to give even one star in order to write this review. What a terrible thing to do to someone…especially at Christmas time.

Looks great & easy to install!
This is a great product. Greatly enhanced the look of my 2022 Civic. It has a sparkle/pearl finish to it that wasn't clear in the photos, but my car has a pearl paint so it matches well. I do wish a non-glossy version was available that better matched the lower part of the grille-but that's a minor caveat. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to up the look of their 2022 Civic! Included before/after photos for anyone who wants to see it.

Bought a matte black front grille and hood bump for a 2021 tundra crewmax, verified with them it was the correct part, well the grill would not work with with the radar, They asked me to send them pictures of everything which I did I went and put the old grill back in and never ask for a discount or anything just kind of blew it off and used the black hood bump . Well 13 months later the hood bump is now cracking contacted ninte Sent them pictures and asked for replacement.. Their answer was sorry to hear that but we can't give you replacement but we'll give you a discount on another 1. Not only no but hell no I spent $500 on this and right now none of it is usable with my truck . Recommend staying away from this company.

I will ask Bank of America to flag your account as fraudulent. I have sent more than 13 pictures of where the screw hole was collapsed.I have been very patient and completely compliant of your picture and information requests.

Would highly recommend not to buy from them. Ordered a front lip from them on April 8th. Tomorrow will be June 1st and I still haven’t received it. Might you they already charged me. If I knew it was coming from
China I would of never ordered it

This company’s product does not fit the car as indicated on their website. Then they will not return the product. This company is horrible! We will never order anything there again!

nintestore.com sent me 2 broken items and 1 item that was the wrong size.

Tried calling about 50 times and no one answers.

After a week of emailing they finally replied and refused to take the items back.

I left reviews on the items and they just keep deleting them. This is why every item on their website has a 4-5 star rating.

Stay away from this company at all costs.

These guys are a scam . I ordered a front lip for them but accidentally ordered the wrong model . Tried to return it called the number on the shipping box . The company , number and address didn’t even belong to Ninte store . When I called the number on the box they said they only sell through eBay . Ninte took 200 from me and purchased the part I wanted for 60 from eBay and made 140 dollars by up charging me . Dishonest ppl . Don’t want to return my item . SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE THEY PURCHASE FROM EBAY AND UPCHARGE CUSTOMERS

Reviews can be misleading and sow.doubts with a vendor or product. After ordering my front lip and then reading the reviews, I reached out to Ninte to determine if they weren't a scam. Their customer service replied to my email overnight and my product did arrive from China Post/USPS earlier than expected.
Now to review the product, the front lip is very plasticky and I haven't received my car yet to fit them on to see how it looks. Otherwise for now, I am a satisfied customer.

Returned an item paid to return it to there ware house. Never got my money back continued to say we will check with our ware house to see if we received it. My tracking number said it’s been there for 2 month. Every email back is we are looking into it. Bug scam don’t order from them
