25 days passed since I made my order till today I did not recieved the item I recieved a call after complaining here promising that I will get in 2 days this was since 10 days after also complaining again one Indian lady called me just to tell me that my order will take more time and i have option to cancel this so unprofessional this lady she is not professional at all and just telling lies noon you are a very and company I will never order from you again and I will complain you you are just taking people money and not providing proper service shame on you.

NAEC40001836060 some items delivered, but my Ender 3 Pro printer was not, the ETA has passed and I emailed customer care. They came back with a excuse of no stuck from seller and they trying to get stock from another seller. I then immediately went back online and check the same seller selling the same item but at a higher price. So Noon lied because the seller didn't want to give the item and the original price??? No I paid in advance but I have to wait??? That's poor business. To think I have spend over AED2000 on 2 orders. I should probably just send everything back and start buying from someone else.

I've always had a good experience with Noon, therefore my complaint is not about Noon, but about the item I bought. I bought a set of Amal stainless steel pots, however, the entire pot would become hot. Handles of the pot aswell as the handles of the of the glass cover would become hot to the point where I'd need to use a cloth to open and close it or pick up the pot itself. After the first use, the sides of the pot burnt completely black, whereas the bottom of the pot stayed it's original silver color. It's almost as of the food gets cooked on the sides and not the bottom. It's very strange. Its labelled as stainless steel yet there are numerous water stains after the first wash, also very strange. The burnt black part on the sides is not easy to get out without damaging the pot with a hard scrub. I would not recommend this product to anyone as it seems its from another planet. I like cooking and never have i seen a pot's sides burn completely black without affecting the bottom. The pot is unusable now, as the food tastes like charcoal mixed with burnt plastic of some sort.

I placed my order NAEC40017332522 14th April and the ETA is 20th. This is a noon express item so I was assuming that the shipment will be faster or as per the ETA. Until now I havent received the item and every agent I talked to told me that the concerned team will contact me after 48hrs but I havent received any call and the agent keeps telling me that they will escalate and whatsoever. They wont give me answer about my item and it is so frustrating that as a noon express item, I should have received it on or before the ETA.

Really very bad service and gehy don't keep their words waiting for my omfull order since long time made many complaints MAny calls many emails no care and not answer and no one even give u a clear solution jut big Liars just caring about taking clients money and not delivering the service I will open a case to police about noon because this is a stealing.

Legal action should be taken against Noon and should be banned at once, they are continuously and blatantly cheating customers and defrauding money. I doubt if the local Authority are supportive of them, else they cannot do such fraud scams red handed since so many years now. 50% of the ordered items got cancelled by Noon without any reason, with no information or record of the refund or money. They are doing continuing to do scams during the current circumstances in the region. Request all to remove the Noon app and spread the info. to all in the region. Boycott this fraudster company. There are genuine e-commerce companies like Amazon you can rely on.

Recently I bought a mask branded living guard on the photos when ordered there was a knob or filter on the mask I received a different model without the ventilation knob. I have called noon 4 times and no resolution yet. In the confirmation letter of the order which came with the photo of the mask I ordered there is a filter. This I can use against them in a court of law. Now they have changed the photos on website but they are resisting and admitting their mistake. I caution everyone when dealing with this website.

I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so, I asked for a return and they apologized to me and told me that I can order it again once I receive my transferred money to my noon account, and the customer service said they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered it again, and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs won't even stand still with very obvious low quality screws and even BROKEN. Don't you check the quality of the products you send to your customers ever? You just lost a customer that only shops online, I was going to make so many purchases from noon if it turned out well, but now I well highly recommend that no one deals with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.

I order my mi note 8 pro from noon the first mistake now they forget my order didn't send me any msg that when it will be delivered their call center instead if helping me they are just giving excuses my order number is NSAC40042571293 please never order from noon go for souq or jarir. And now they will onky apologize nothing else.

it was OK experience with Noon. I used other platforms also. Delay for 1-2 days are normal, especially in this pandemic. But today, i got a call at 10 PM that my items will be delivered within 1 hour. So i wait 1 hour after i gave them my location only to got another called informing me the driver will go now. So i wait and at 00.00 i called him and got rejected. And now here i am complaining about the rude attitude and unprofessional driver. Who the hell delivered in midnight??

Waiting for 8 days for updates about an item. Each time I contact customer support they say I will get an update in 24 hours but it never comes. 8 days past shipping date. NAEC40048464858-S1. I understand delays happen but I am frustrated by the lack of promised communication and information.

Amazon and Bangood was two weeks waiting for this printer so I chose Noon because they said they could deliver in 5 days. Shipment order was of 3d printer and 3d printer filament. I got delivery of the filament first and was a different colour and I paid Express for the delivery very of the 3D printer to arrive. I cancelled 3d printer 5 days after the expected delivery date. I know the delays can happen especially in covid 19 but the teams reassurance was terrible and say the next 24/48 hours and convinced me they had no clue where it was so I cancelled everything. They also cancelled my 50 AED voucher I used ???? I was promised a managers call and never got it. Moral of the storey is noon is full of false promises and say they are quicker than amazon. Poor support team who tell you anything to keep your order. No value for money paying express. They don't deserve business. Bad experience with two items as the first noon customer

One of the worst services i could have ever come across..... After working hard to get a high end mobile phone for the first time in my life it has a fault within 6 months of using....obviously the mobile is under warranty so i go ahead and ask them to do the needful to which i was told that it would take them about 21 days to either repair, replace or refund the amount to me which sounds fair. 30 days passed with continuous calls to them asking them for the status all i get an answer is that or service center representatives are working on it.... 3qst day i call them again and they inform me that they are not able to repair the mobile so they are going to go ahead to give me a replacemenf of the device or a refund which would take another 6-7 working days. Irequested to give me a replacement as i did not want "noon credits" and for sure i get noon credits.. I asked them to transfer the amount back into my bank as i do not want to purchase feom noon again and surely it would take 14-30 days as per bank policy At this point i am literally calling noon everyday to ask for an update cause no one bothers to call or the reason they keep on giving me is "we tried to call you but were not able to get in touch with you" so the whole world can get in touch with me but when noon calls it is unreachable? Hah Sure.... So anyways they inform me that the transfer of the amount has been approved but we are just waiting for managers approval ?? Wait whaaattt does that even make sence lol.... Another funny thing request for transfer to bank account was done on 14th april and so called approval was received on 18th april...upon asking customer service when does the 14-30 days start? Is it from request date or approval date i am told non it will be after 10th May.....So i got to wait for 21 days more before the 14-30 days period evin begins......totally confusing So i give them another option give me a compensation amount for the difference of the amount of the device as the dèvice is very expencive now so that i can place an order for the same amount...."Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" call back after 48 hours to know the update "Sir we will get back to you within 48 hours" Some of the continuous diolgues by noon "Sir we are here to help" "Sir we are working very hard on your case" "Sir we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours "Sir we tried to call you but were not able to reach you" "Sir we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience" Its been 3 months since the start of all this and i am still withiut my new phone....have to use the old phone which lags like anything Conclusion DO NOT BUY FROM NOON EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT

Bought Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus from Noon.com Renewed program on 20th April 2020. I am Absolutely delighted with the experience. It is a perfect device with all original accessories in 10/10 premium condition. Accessories include Charger, cable, headphone and clear case. Battery life is 100%. at Standby is 4+ days and with use 2 days. I can say the only thing missing is the original box. Otherwise It is a brand new phone physically. I received my delivery in 02 days as against scheduled 04 days Thank you Noon.com.
