I've had Justin from the Hoppers Crossing, Melbourne branch change my windscreen twice for 2 seperate issues. He's been friendly and efficient. The price for which we got our windscreen replaced was an affordable $285, rather than what the other windscreen replacements we were quoted was starting from $500. A shame to hear of the poor service these customers have received elsewhere, highly commend Justin for his great work :-)

Travelling in north of WA recently. Our 4wd got a cracked windscreen, smallish but had to be replaced. We were in Port Hedland for a few days and it would take a while to get a windscreen in. We were able to arrange that NOVUS in Broome would do the repair, getting the windscreen in while we completed our travels. When we arrived on the date agreed, the guys took our vehicle straight in to the workshop while we had lunch. They even saved our Park pass from the old windscreen and put it on the new windscreen. All done in a very short time with no fuss or inconvenience to us. Great job guys.

Novus Perth botched the repair of two stone chips in my windscreen, the fill was opaque and one still had a hole in it. When I sent them a photo of the result they admitted it wasn't a good job but said I should have been told beforehand that it doesn't always work - well I wasn't told, and anyway it didn't "not work", it was done badly - there is a difference, one is beyond their control and the other is due to bad workmanship!

They told me nonchalantly that my only options were to live with the botched repair (and yes they would still charge for it), or replace the whole windscreen on my insurance and I pay the $100 excess. So, it seems they don't stand by their service, and see a failed repair as simply an opportunity to charge again for another service!

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there weren't any around but there 'might' be one in the following afternoon.

I've since had the windscreen replaced by O'Brien, and the difference in customer service and workmanship couldn't be greater - it's Obrien every time for me now, won't use Novus ever again!

I got a stone chip while driving to Perth yesterday. Called Novus Malaga, took my car straight in and drove out 45 minutes later with a near perfect repair job. Much better than a windscreen replacement. I recommend Novus Malaga for a quality efficient repair.

I had recently replaced the windshield of my Porsche 911 (model 991) . The installation was done at their shop in Malaga. All the arrangement was perfectly done. Upon my arrival, Novus had a vehicle ready for me to drive away while the service was done on the Porsche. The service was very tidy and the installation spotless. Im very pleased with the quality of the service and will not hesitate to recommend Novus Malaga to anyone !!

i had a stone chip on my windscreen i called mark today and was happy to repair the problem price was cheap and didn't harm my budget and beats any competition very fast to repair the chip will come back in the future if anyone has any windscreen problems give novus a call

I recently had the windscreen of my 1994 Nissan Navara replaced by Novus. A crack had been getting longer and I finally set about getting it repaired.After reading reviews ( a bit mixed but mostly favourable) it seemed that Novus were consistently cheaper than the competition. I suspected a bit of rust under the top of the windscreen and so called Novus and asked if the window could be taken out one day and replaced another and was there any extra cost? No problem and no extra cost. total price; $290. I didn't bother with any other quotes and am sure this was a bargain. One of their repairers took the window out. Rust was a bit worse than I would have liked. I set about grinding, sandblasting , treating, priming and painting the area and a bit over a week later a second installer came and fitted the new windscreen. It seems perfect, no issues. $290 for two visits, a good amount of time and the actual glass has to be a good buy. They arrived when they said they would, seemed professional and with a good work ethic. Can't ask for more than that.

I called around for good price and this was best and they came to my place for chipped windscreen which needed replaced- the guy came to my place who was very nice and did good job - even a couple weeks later when some stains appeared I called him and he came over and sprayed and wiped it down no charge

I was told my windscreen would be repaired for $295 and on completion they made up some story about cracked rubber and charged me $360. Go somewhere else.

my husband took his truck to novus lampton ave Derwent park this morning and the customer service was disgusting they have a don't care attitude and didn't even finish the job off correctly my husband is outside now fixing it everything was a problem to them as we have a few trucks and in the transport industry and we never recommend them to anyone . even one star is too good for this company
