I spent over $650 on new rear brake pads and front rotors. After just three months, the squeaking was as bad as when they came to repair the brakes. When I brought it to their attention, the excuse I got was brake dust. It's now been 7 months, and the squeak is just as bad, and now my car shakes when slowing down to a stop. My car felt safer with the old crappy pads I had before they arrived and worked over my car. I would not recommend these hacks to anyone. They don't care to honor their warranty, and the parts and labor are a joke. I'd rather pay the extra $100 to make sure my brakes operate correctly and QUIETLY than pay these clowns and their excuses over a text. If you value the safety of your loved ones in your vehicle, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY DON"T CARE AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Nubrakes in Nashville is great. Service was on time and professional. Tech specialist Shawn was knowledgeable and polite. Checked my Dodge Charger and determine I didn’t need brakes. Most places would have replaced them anyway to charge me. Well when I do need brakes I know who to call

I truly thought this experience was a lost art. Brandon done everything he was supposed to, he explained as he went through what was going on and let me know what was needed and what wasnt needed. The only way to improve this kind of service is to send him out with a new car that has new brakes on it. Thank you for the time and service!

Called at noon, and the tech was at my house by 4:30. Provided honest, fast, professional, and cost saving work. I am done doing my own brake jobs. I will use Nubrakes every time. Great job provided by Aaron and Nubrakes!!!

Nubrake put rotors and pads on my 2004 Chevy truck there was an issue that developed I called them back and they resolved the problem I would recommend them to anyone I’m happy with the brakes and workmanship thank you Nubrakes

I filled out the requested information online and they contacted me by text. We set up the appointment for the next day when it was convenient for me! No driving to a smelly shop, no uncomfortable chairs. Just stayed at home and handed the service technician, Ray, the keys. He arrived on time and performed the brake fluid replacement on both our cars in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price. I wish all automobile service was this easy.

I wasn't exactly sure what my brake issue was but after explaining my symptoms they were able to give me a quick diagnosis and set an appointment for the very next day! The technician arrived on time and completed the work quickly without trying to up-sell me on parts that still had some life. Overall a very easy and positive experience.

I called NuBrakes on my way to work and had them scheduled to come out that same day. Pricing was a little less than my local shop and I got the added benefit of not having to leave the office. Highly recommend the service if you need any type of brake repair!

Was in a pinch to get my brakes done, and to find time to get it done, they were able to get it done within 30 mins, while I was getting ready to get to work, well worth it and not horribly priced for them coming to you

Vicente arrived a little late due to traffic, but he quickly got started and had me back on the road in about 45 min. He explained what he did and about the warranty and he was very friendly.

I am very pleased with the service I received today. My brakes completely went out on me yesterday. After a brief google search I came across NuBrakes, read the reviews then immediately. Matthew was very nice and informative and answered all of my questions. Within a few hours the technician, Michael was out at my apt repairing my brakes. He too was nice, professional and kept social distance amid the coronavirus epidemic. I don’t think I’ve ever received superb and prompt service like this before. I am so glad I called them. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing their brakes repaired.
