Ordered a small item from them on amazon almost two weeks out and still waiting, I could have walked the 30 miles to town and got it myself. So many other choices, I wont choose nutricity again

I ordered from Nutricity via Amazon. After waiting for many weeks following my order on April 17, they shipped the wrong product. I requested a refund of my purchase price of $62.42 and a prepaid return label for returning the product. Nutricity replied "In order to arrange the correct shipment of the items in your order and arrange for a call tag, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide us with a digital picture of the package and contents you have received. Furthermore it would help us if you could provide us with the UPC Number on the product - that is the product barcode on the actual item. Both of these items will help us to determine the shipping weight for the return label. In the meantime we will process a replacement shipment of the products you ordered." -- not what you expect from a reputable store when you have requested a refund.
I replied,"You did not read - or you ignored - my email. I do not want to attempt an exchange. I request a refund of my purchase price of $62.42 and a prepaid return label for returning the product. That is quite clear...please act as requested." They replied, "Please understand this is normal protocol for any return as we ask for photos of the product before issuing a label. We will be more than happy to help you as soon as we are able to view the photos. At that time we will be able to assess the situation and resolve the issue." and "We need the photos in order to process a possible RMA to be issued by us so you do not incur shipping charges. We cannot move forward until we receive the photos."
I replied, "Let me make this clear: I am unable to send photos!
Let's stop this. Issue a refund and a RMA. You will get the product back and I will get my refund. I have never experienced such an issue for returning an order." They replied, "We cannot move forward until we receive the photos." I replied, "Here is the UPC from the bottles you sent, which are incorrect - 21078 01804. The UPC from a correct product bottle is - 21078 01302. This UPC is from a bottle containing 120 capsules. I do not know if the UPC is dependent on the number of capsules in the bottle. This is what the correct bottle label looks like (picture).
By now, it is 5 weeks from the initial order. I have the wrong merchandise, want to return it but can get no satisfactory movement from Nuticity. Next, from me, "It has been 6 days since I sent this information to you. One more time - Please respond and refund my purchase cost." Nutricity reply, "I am sending this over to our claims department so a shipping label can be made and you are able to send the items back. Please follow the instructions in the email. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know." SOUNDED GOOD!
The last email in this series was from me to Nutricity - "It has now been nearly 3 weeks since you sent me the email (that they would issue a RMA) and nearly 2 months since my original order. I have not received anything from your claims department or anyone at Nutricity. You still have my $62.42 and I still have the wrong product, ready to return. Please - let's get this finished."
I have never heard from Nutricity since then. I have the wrong product and cannot get my refund.
BOTTOM LINE - NEVER DEAL WITH NUTRICITY -- EVER!

She got me hooked on it so I ordered some and I really like it. I know it is good for you and better than sugar for you.

I have been trying to redeem my 5% reward point from Nutricity for the past 10 days to no avail. Their reason: the point system is down. My last order was $216.50, so my reward point = $10.83 (5% reward). Lauren, their customer service insisted that all they can do for me is 5% off my next order. I am having difficulty explaining to Lauren the difference between my $10.83 reward and her 5% off my next order. I know most folks would just sweep this under their rugs, yes, such a cliche but it is the principal of the matter! Readers: are you with me?

I placed an order with this company through Amazon on June 7th. I paid for expedited shipping and received an email on the 13th indicating that the product had shipped and would arrive on the 22nd. I needed the prodict for a special event on the 18th and tried to contact the vendor to explain the situation. I sent them an email via Amazon and received a resonse the next day. Despite my numberous requests (I sent a total of 14 emails), I could not get any of the Nutricity agents to call me. I tried to explain the situation via email and all anyone would tell me was that I would need to contact Fed-EX. The customer service was ridiculous. I could not get a straight answer and I could not get anyone to call me. When I finally received a call the following week from a manager, she refused to assist me and told me that there was nothing she would do, not nothing she could do. I was appaled by the way Nutricity handled the situation and will never buy anything from them again, ever!

I ordered moisturizing spa gloves to wear on my hands at night after I apply the extra thick hand cream I use. The gloves are just right, but very thin, and I doubt will last thru one or two washings. They are working fine for now, though.

I ordered 17 bottles of the WRONG supplement for a friend in Japan after the recent disaster. In a panic, I emailed Nutricity's customer service department to cancel the order, hoping it would reach them in a timely manner and I placed an order for the correct supplement. My email was answered immediately and my order was cancelled!! It was such an awesome relief given the stressful circumstances and the interaction was personable and accommodating. I will need the order for potassium IODIDE, not iodine, when it comes in... I highly recommend Nutricity.

This order was placed Monday, 11/26 and processed 11/27. However, it did not ship out until the FOLLOWING WEEK, 12/3. After that, the shipper chosen by Nutricity wasn't any faster... it did not arrive until 12/11. This should be tightened up considerably - no order should languish in the warehouse for three or four days, and no small-package order should take so long to arrive. It would have been faster for them to simply use parcel post. I wish that were an option.

However, I can't beat the price on these items anywhere else.

I would give them a zero if it were possible. MOST importantly they do not provide a phone number to customer service if you have any trouble with an order. The responses are all computer generated and very unclear w/ what they want from you. I would NEVER do business with them if you think there is any chance you need to return an item. In my case, I ordered a product that was rancid and they won't return it so I'm out $60. Lesson learned: don't use Nutricity! Thankfully I ordered through Amazon and they are taking care of it... but what a waste of my time!! Time IS money for me as well!!!

I placed an order on Jan 5th with Nutricity, as of Jan 16th I had not received the order and the FedEx tracking number showed the package was never shipped from Nutricity.
There is absolutely no way to talk to a representative on the phone with this company, they will only email. Their website lists no number and when you google it, the number that comes up takes you no where.
They are not legit, just look them up with the BBB, they have an 'F' rating.

I recently had an issue with a bottle of Rice Bran Oil breaking enroute to me, what a mess that was! I dealt with a terrific young woman at Nutricity who promptly sent me another bottle. I would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future. Good job all.

Ordered some Stevia recently through Nutricity via Amazon, the product was defective and they would not work with me on returning it, had to spend much effort on trying to work this out with good conscience with them, they refused. They basically stole 50 dollars from me and pocketed it, they are thieves in my opinion and I will not do business with them again in the future.

I purchased an item from their Amazon storefront. 11 days later, the item still hadn't shipped, but I contacted them and was told that the item had shipped and was on time. I guess that was a lie since at 14 days my Amazon order was cancelled. I will definitely not be buying again from a store that can't manage their inventory or communicate with customers.

Ordered 25 pound package of Bobs Red Mill Anasazi beans, instead recieved 25Lbs of Bobs Red Mill wheat bran bulk. E-mailed nutricity.com, no answer!!!!! ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! No such thing as customer service!!!!

I had my order within a week. It was the best price I found on the item, and they didn't charge shipping. I am very pleased. It was actually an item I had order elsewhere, and the order was lost by the post office. That merchant asked me to look for the order, so I will not be ordering from them again. I will order from Nutricity.com again!

I ordered 6 6oz containers of KONRIKO Jalapeno all purpose seasoning. I got my box of the seasonings and the packing slip said 6 6oz containers. When I took the first container out it was a 5oz container as were the other 5 containers. I was disappointed to say the least. I love the seasoning but it's false advertising to sell them as 6oz containers and send 5oz. That was like getting one less container than I paid for.

I was happy with the low price on the product that I purchased, that I ended up buying 2. I wish that I would have received the items sooner though. I know that it took a while to get them shipped out, maybe around 5 days or so. I was around the Thanksgiving holiday and I'm used to fast shipping since I'm an Amazon Prime member.... so maybe it's just my perception. I will be ordering from Nutricity.com for that item again based on the price alone since they even beat Vitacost's price on the item by almost 30%!
