Overall there were 14 emails between NZCU and myself before loan was provided.Process needs to be streamlined. I was left to repay the refinanced loans myself which proved to be difficult and more expensive than expected.Sugest that NZCU repay the refinanced loans. Setting up logon for Internet banking was difficult as a client number was required which I could not find without calling NZCU.set up of Internet banking needs to be made easier.

They were amazing, the guy that was dealing with did all he could to suit what I was wanting. He communicated well with me, kept me updated. Would highly recommend NZCU to everyone. Thanks again I will be back if I need to borrow again on the future. Rachel

I have had brilliant service with NZCU Baywide and customer service is brilliant. I love the face to face service they always give and are willing to listen a give even better service. Thank you NZCU Baywide I don't any other bank that gives brilliant service.

Staff in the Dannevirke branch of NZCU are always a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed on progress and loan went through without a hitch. I would highly reccommend this team to anyone applying for a loan.

being with cubay wide for a few years we found that applying for a loan over the phone was easier than I thought it would be in no time our loan was granted the girls at the office where we had to sigh the papers were very helpful and friendly and took us through every step of the way AAAA

Nzcu has been my chosen bank for a very long time and i have always been well looked after by the staff. Nothing has never been unachievable and I've always left feeling so much better than went I in. The staff are bright, friendly and positive and some know me on 1st name basis. I love the warmth of the place. Keep up the continued great service.

I would recommend NZCU Baywide as they give fast and efficient service. If you have an urgent matter and they are busy they will pass you on to some else within NZCU to help you. I appreciate everything they have done for me helping to secure the loan at a competitive interest rate.

I have used three different branches in the North Island for various reasons; Waipukurau and Porirua for loans and Dannevirke when passing through for reasons outside of borrowing. Each time staff have actioned my queries with professionalism and with professional integrity. In terms of loans, when I have been able to fit the criteria as a borrower, rights and obligations are explained clearly; each and every time. All staff I have had dealings with are always polite and informative.

In the past my husband and I have had a few loans. Each time we have sat with a person who has been very helpful. We have never been refused. This time doing it on line wasn't that easy for us and we got refused. I went into the office and explained my situation. Tomorrow(Thursday) my husband and I have an appointment to speak to a loan provider. Its all new to us have to do on line. Other than that we love banking with baywide credit union. All our money goes into our accounts. At this time we are paying back $1,000 per month on our loan. We can afford too. My husband works as well as he gets the super. We looking forward to meeting with the loan provider as she maybe able to show me why we got declined. Ngahuia Aranu

I found the experience of dealing with NZCU to be really easy. I asked heaps of questions at different times and Marilyn that was dealing with me answered every one of them, she didn't seem frustrated by my endless questions and for that I was really grateful. I only wished I could have had a lower interest rate as when I looked on NZCSU website I saw the loans from 9% and had hoped it would be closer to that. Marilyn explained about the secured and un-secured loans and I had nothing to offer as security. So thanks to Marilyn for making it so easy.

The online experience I was guided through was easily followed and completed. My loan went exactly as expected and promised and I was reassured by the friendly and informative support documentation and encouragement to keep in touch.

Jenny explained everything easy for me to understand fully . Fast response about loan, no mucking around. Everyone at the bank is very friendly and welcoming. Best people I have dealt with in the banking community

The people i dealt with were considerate, knowledgeable and articulate with explanations. i felt like i was being heard, that it mattered to them that i was happy with the outcome . . . i guess it was more like a feeling. My friend talked me into ringing - she already has/had a loan with NZCU and she was extremely pleased - and now i know why. I was mostly impressed with Daniel Hape - he went above and beyond. Even though i was happy my loan was approved, i thought i'd be cheeky and ask for a better deal (and he didn't make me feel stink for asking either) - he did it for me which was really awesome!!!

Terrible customer service, terrible processes and then having to get the regional manager to sort it and magically things start happening. Not impressed at all and if we had of waited another day I would have taken my personal loan elsewhere and we complained and complained never got the answers we wanted and could never speak to the right person always put on hold and then told they would ring back... sometimes they would and sometimes they wouldn't. Will never be using your services again and as soon as we are in the position to take our loan elsewhere we will be.

All queries were answered promptly and efficiently. The person I dealt with was professional and could not have been more helpful. I hope to have future dealings with her. I could not fault the experience. I have been with a few banks and this has been the most hassle free and less time consuming of them all.

Simple to deal with easier face to face to discuss and get the people factor, have had 2 loans here and had good customer service both times a smile and friendly nature goes a long way, everything's to internet based theses days so always good to go in and make sure things are on track, new branches look nice and rates are good, not a bank remember that so things are slightly different and seem more flexible, have 4.5 stars out of 5.

I want to say thank you for the speed at which the loan was approved. It was a very emotional time for us and we needed to get to Chch urgently. The visit was priceless and that was all thanks to the easy process of applying online for a loan. Thank you
