You would have gained 5 stars if I had not been ignored when I said I wanted to think about it - I need to see if my RETIREMENT income can cope with the premiums, not my current income, but I wasn't allowed the paperwork on the quote until I gave my bank account number and a date to take the first premium. THEREFORE I will NOT be progressing further with this application. The young lady I spoke with was lovely not her fault that the high pressure needs to be applied at the end of the quote as all I asked for was A QUOTE!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed :(

Victor phoned me 1 minute after I logged a request for a quote. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole process so simple. I was originally going to get quotes from multiple companies but the process was so simple, easy to understand, and suited exactly what I needed. Having a few other insurance policies I also found NZ Seniors to be remarkably good value.

I recommend NZ Seniors because:
1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure.
2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed.

I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. Thank you????

The person we dealt with, (Harry) was very informative, pleasant, patient & didn't try to force or pressure us to anything we didn't require or need.Intead of using big 50 cent words, everything was explained in "language" we could understand.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Senior's service to people we know.
We are well pleased.

I checked out a few companies offering similar services and I selected you because although slightly more expensive this was offset by the benefits that my family can gain, especially if I can achieve the 12 month natural death stand down period. The instant accidental death cover is also good peace of mind.

Initial person we dealt with was good and informative upon first starting this process, However please check you are working on the date and time in which you re-schedule an appointment as we waited for the call back and made our dinner reservations for a later time so we could wait for this call, only to call the 0800 number and he is not there ????

Prompt call when I filled in details on-line, (within 2 minutes) and a friendly sales agent who did not use any type of pressured sales pitch and the details of the policy were discussed extensively. Very well done

I rated New Zealand Seniors service 5 stars because they explained the policy's to me clearly so I knew what I was getting into. Friendly service felt like NZ Seniors do care. I will recommend New Zealand Seniors to my friends and family.

The Gentleman was good to deal with but I am not HAPPY about the PRICE because
I am a male and Female get the same Policy cheaper
All of us should be on same price NO BUT About It
Also When I took out my first policy I believe it was for $ !0,000.00 not $5,000.00 That is Why I took out another one, it now costing me $50.00 and for the same Policy my Partner got she only paying $ 34

I am very disappointed to discover after doing the maths to find that for $8000.00 cover I would be paying over $20, 000.00 in premiums by the time I turned 90 years of age. To say I was shocked is an understatement and am taking the cooling off option of cancelling. I should have asked about administration fees!!!

Yes I would recommend...Young lady on phone was concise,easy to understand re policy,...I like the 1 year only till full cover..Fortnightly payment is affordable,even on a Pension.
