our courier room halved in productivity as every 500 gram satchel takes microsurgery to get the sender's receipt sticker removed, it rips and tears every time. it's a small thing but time is money.
also, we've had several incidents where a lost in transit has been advised by OW as being because of their subcontractor, why is this an excuse. will not be using again

The mailbag was delivered to my GF this afternoon, once she got back inside the house with the bag she noticed the side of the bag had been opened slightly, enough to to poke your hand through. A bubbled wrapped present was removed from the bag, obviously stolen by the driver. Warning do not use this service under any circumstances.... Pay a little extra and use Australia Post.... I have learnt my lesson.

I don’t normally write a review but this needs to be said:
1. Rather cunning overpriced boxes. Mailman is clearly trying to add a margin to their boxes for some reason almost $10 for a 500g box.
2. AusPost offers a great 1kg satchel unlike Mailman which is 500g or 2kg. And the AusPost 500g satchel is actually bigger than Mailman’s 2kg satchel !! Check it out everyone.
3. I switched all my postage to AusPost leafing up to the Christmas period so my customers go their orders on time. Mailman had wide ranging delivery estimates that left most people confused.
4. Since moving from the original stick on labels there has been an obvious and noticeable move toward profit. Personally, I have moved my business to AusPost now. I love the AusPost 1kg satchels and good sized 500g ones also. The price difference is only minor and worth it to avoid the headaches.
5. Promises of smooth dispute resolution simply do not exist. It’s very time consuming to get a refund.

Clearly in my opinion, management are playing us for fools and trying to drive maximum profits whilst giving us all the usual smiles and promises that don’t happen. I won’t say they are greedy but they are getting closer to the line now.

Sent a package to Melbourne on November 8, , 2 weeks later I started making enquiries to Fastway, who did nothing, so I went through Officeworks... They tried telling me it was given to a 3rd party courier who put it in someone's mailbox despite the signature on delivery box being ticked... After numerous calls and emails, Officeworks told me the case was closed due to Fastway claiming I contacted them saying the package was delivered... BOLLOCKS!... Finally got some joy yesterday when I rang asking for an address to send court proceedings to, and they magically fixed it all within 2 hours... 7 weeks of my life I'll never get back... Mailman can go play in the traffic :)

I deposited my package on the Monday. On Wednesday I checked to see if it had been delivered. It hadn't been picked up. I contacted mailman and they didn't reply till Thursday. They apologised and offered a refund. I said I just needed the parcel delivered by the weekend. They would escalate it, they said. So today is Friday and I have heard nothing. I go to the store and ask to see inside the locker - yes, there is my parcel still there five days later! The manager of the store knew nothing about it because the customer service people hadn't told him. I took my service to Pack & Send. Officeworks Mailman could ruin a small business. Don't go near it.

They have misplace 3 parcels now they have completely lost my parcel and keep giving me the run around. They tell lies and in their email do not send by this company. post via australia post

Wish I had read reviews before sending parcel on 17 December. It was collected until 19 December and the date range for delivery was Dec 31 to Jan 17. Not good enough Officeworks!!!

Have used mailman in past for Christmas, birthday parcels etc and had no problems except just recently. Parcel picked up same day but then a week to get to Adelaide (pre holidays) and another week to be delivered in Adelaide (forwarded to regional carrier!). Considering is meant to be a courier service and the price paid am very disappointed and grandkids Christmas presents not received in time. After reading reviews posted looks like service has declined big time in recent months so will be using another carrier in future.

sent a small parcel via mailman to a local customer near Melbourne two month ago,
sadly my customer wait for a month but nothing received, have to refund him money back. so disappointed.

then I asked mailman to sent parcel back to me a month ago, but still nothing.
have asked them dozen times already, every time they said "apologize, will contact you back soon" but that's it, just like a door bell gave you the same sound but nothing happens.

I have sent two packages. One has taken three times longer than a similar parcel took to arrive through Auspost. I called the customer service line to find out what the issue was and a message advised that I had a 70minute wait to be answered. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered with little way of resolving the situation. I will NEVER use this service again it is terrible.

I sent 5 x 10kg prepaid packs last year from ACT to QLD 4507. Alarmingly the locker already containing a parcel could be opened by selecting "need a bigger locker" . The Officeworks staff appeared unperturbed. 2 got smashed and damaged and the other 3 arrived 2 days to 2 weeks late. It took months for the damages claim to be settled and frustrating hours spent on the phone waiting for unhelpful claims staff. The late deliveries was just shrugged off as one of those things.

I had to send 5 x 10kg again thinking this time (23 Jan 2020) it must have been improved! WRONG. Still the same issues. Officeworks still use Fastway couriers who are uncontactable. All parcels arrived late. One was not picked up from the locker for 5 days, one was sent to Melbourne instead of Brisbane, and another just disappeared for a week "in transit" but they did not know where till I put in an online enquiry.

Never again, Sloppy careless un-business like don't care attituted. MY ADVICE - DO NOT EVER USE

Purchased a bag sent the parcel to Darwin on 4 January, 2020. ARRIVED on 26 January, 2020. It took 21 days to go from Townsville to Darwin NT. I could have walked to Darwin and back in that time. Get Cost but POOR SERVICE, get your act together Mailman.

Don't EVER trust @Officeworks to get furniture to your office on time. No matter how much you pay, no matter what they're website says, when something goes wrong, they just don't care AT ALL. I've wasted an hour of my life trying to get answers and they just don't care. I have a new starter working on a coffee table because @Officeworks doesn't care enough to get warehouse in stock furniture to me in 3 days, even though their shipping is over night. All of they're call centre workers just hide like they don't know anything and can't help.
