1. Rather cunning overpriced boxes. Mailman is clearly trying to add a margin to their boxes for some reason almost $10 for a 500g box.
2. AusPost offers a great 1kg satchel unlike Mailman which is 500g or 2kg. And the AusPost 500g satchel is actually bigger than Mailman’s 2kg satchel !! Check it out everyone.
3. I switched all my postage to AusPost leafing up to the Christmas period so my customers go their orders on time. Mailman had wide ranging delivery estimates that left most people confused.
4. Since moving from the original stick on labels there has been an obvious and noticeable move toward profit. Personally, I have moved my business to AusPost now. I love the AusPost 1kg satchels and good sized 500g ones also. The price difference is only minor and worth it to avoid the headaches.
5. Promises of smooth dispute resolution simply do not exist. It’s very time consuming to get a refund.
Clearly in my opinion, management are playing us for fools and trying to drive maximum profits whilst giving us all the usual smiles and promises that don’t happen. I won’t say they are greedy but they are getting closer to the line now.

sadly my customer wait for a month but nothing received, have to refund him money back. so disappointed.
then I asked mailman to sent parcel back to me a month ago, but still nothing.
have asked them dozen times already, every time they said "apologize, will contact you back soon" but that's it, just like a door bell gave you the same sound but nothing happens.

just hope everyone will learn my lesson from this case before using their service. just waste time and money, ruin your business.
will do the same posting every week until my parcel is back to me.
they are a bunch of shameless, hopeless and sick people without any sense of responsibility.

I had to send 5 x 10kg again thinking this time (23 Jan 2020) it must have been improved! WRONG. Still the same issues. Officeworks still use Fastway couriers who are uncontactable. All parcels arrived late. One was not picked up from the locker for 5 days, one was sent to Melbourne instead of Brisbane, and another just disappeared for a week "in transit" but they did not know where till I put in an online enquiry.
Never again, Sloppy careless un-business like don't care attituted. MY ADVICE - DO NOT EVER USE

also, we've had several incidents where a lost in transit has been advised by OW as being because of their subcontractor, why is this an excuse. will not be using again
