Really liked the Nightmare Before Christmas Cookie Jar! Was packed exceptionally well. Will buy from them again. FYI ... too small for a cookie jar for me (won't hold enough cookies) ... Will use as a candy jar.

Was shipped the wrong vinyl variant. Sent customer service a full description of issue and was told to call. I called the number for over an hour and got a busy signal every time. Finally after getting in touch with someone, was told I could return the vinyl for a full refund. Not long following got a follow up email from customer service telling me I was calling the wrong number because if I was getting a busy signal that means I was, which I wasn’t. Not a good experience. No one ever apologized And by email pretty much called me a lair instead of helping me.

I've been buying stuff from Oldies.com for 10-15 years (i've lost count). The only time I could complain is that one time I ordered one of those 10 items for $39 and by the time I got around to watching the 10th one, it was a blank disc and I had lost the order ticket. Despite my over 10 years of ordering, customer service would do nothing for me. Other than that, I have never had a problem with them.

Over the years, I've come to rely on Oldies.com for so many things. I first came into contact with you through the Collectibles label and the Alpha line of videos. But you also seem to cull classic music from European sources ---music which has been ignored for the most part by American companies. Your delivery time isn't as short as that of most others, but your packing is superb ---sturdy and secure. Thank you so much for all the pleasure you've delivered to my home over the years.

I am very pleased that you all had the Dutch film "Johan" in the region 1 or NTSC format with Eng Subs. The DVD arrived and I have watched it. I am still shocked that you all actually had it in stock. This film is extremely difficult to find online. It is out of the Netherlands and it is usually found in the Region 2 or PAL format. Awesome!

They were not able to complete my order so they sent only 1 of 2 CDs with no explanation, and the case was cracked on the one that came. I wrote a few emails and played phone tag for a week before I gave up on returning the one I received. Buyer be ware of the “1 left in stock”

I felt I got a good price and even though it was over a week I feel I received my dvds within a reasonable amount of time. I found several old movies I had not been able to find elsewhere. I will be looking for more soon. Thanks for the good service.

I ordered a Seas the Day tray from OLDIES. I already had one, but use it a lot when I am in Florida, and thought I would love a 2nd one to use. I found it at Oldies at a good price, and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

...like...glad to read that Copious people are rock Hard with the oldies experience ...i mean...yea there IS a plague on Everything Is different...butt...6 days to pull & box dvds & bendy toys¿?... i shall wait & see what the gigg is or will try to be...i have no choice....though somehow Amazon packed &shipped dvd action in less than 12hrs Even with a plague on....& i didnt give Amazon like nearly $200.0 ...BAM! your mama... ....butt who cares...?!¿... ...no....freal...who cares¿...wh..whoever?
