The agents Nichole did nothing to solve my problem. No valid options (applicable to my circumstances) were giving to me and they are not replying to my emails anymore. I tried to call many times but “due to high volume calls” I wasn’t been able to be placed in the waiting queue to talk to an agent, the answering machine tells you to email them.The snap buttons of my jacket didn’t snap. Since I live in Canada now I was told I can’t return my jacket because it needs to be shipped within the USA to Olivela’s warehouse. They didn’t even care to offer a partial refund to pay the repairs cost on the defective jacket they didn’t even bother to check before sending it to me/the customer. Worst customer service I ever had to experience in my life. Please be aware that Olivela is a scam. They take your money and send you defective items please don’t buy anything from Olivela.

I’ve been shopping online for decade and this is never happen to me for such delayed on processing my refund! Worst is after I bought from Olivela others company is going on Sales for 50% the same item I bought n keep from Olivela. I’ve never encountered refund delay with Net a porter or mytheresa! The reason why I shop with Olivela is the charity for giving , loving the idea that we all can help to make this world a better place to be! I’m starting to doubt the trustworthy of Olivela!

I did not get my initial 20% off and reaching out has been unsuccessful. I like what I ordered so I’ll keep them but not impressed with the company honoring the new customer discount.

I placed my order on December 20 and didn’t receive my package until the January 13. My address was typed wrong when I ordered so I emailed with the correct address and they confirmed they fixed it. I got shipped all the way to my city and then was returned for no reason. I called and no one answered the customer service line and took weeks to get an email response. After someone responded it took another few weeks. Terrible customer service.

I received a bottle of serum 1/4 full. 220.00 for a nearly empty bottle. The creams where fine. I’m assuming since it would be noticeable right away. The serum has that clouded glass you can’t really see through unless you hold it up to the light.

I bought two sizes of the same dress for a fancy event and decided to return both. 30 days later I still have not received a credit for my purchases of over $1000. I have contacted them 3 times and am told the same thing over and over, there's a glitch in their warehouse. This is unacceptable on multiple levels. 1. They owe me money. 2. They promised me that the issued would be addressed in 14 days but did not. 3. They have not proactively communicated with me that the issue is not resolved. I will not shop Olivela again.

It is my third time to pay for one thing, and it cancelled my order twice. BTW, it cancelled my order and made my promote code invalid.

I was given a link as a first time buyer for 20% off my purchase. It only gave me "free shipping" with the code.
Product otherwise came in promptly. Not sure of the freshness of the product -- given the color of this product and weakened fragrance (which I've purchased previously elsewhere), this might have been sitting on the shelf for a while.

I ordered jeans I loved and kept waiting and waiting for the shipment to arrive only to call a few weeks later and they told me they canceled the order because the item was out of stock. It wasn't out of stock when I ordered it. Big bummer, not happy.

I pre-ordered a set of 1lb Bala weighted bracelets and I really appreciated that OLIVELA only charged 50% for the deposit (the remainder will bill when it ships) vs. charging the full balance upfront. Thought it was a neat option and seems fair to the merchant and the consumer. I haven’t received my set yet, but I’m excited! Really glad OLIVELA is selling the Bala bracelets because they’re sold out thru Bala’s site!

They sent me an email saying I could get 20% off of my first order. Then when I ordered something they said it didn’t apply to that product. A first order is a first order. Usually I start out small with an order to get a sense of the company. Won’t be back

I was searching for unique, stylish, high quality winter boots and found the shoes I was craving on Olivela. They had a limited, but carefully curated selection so you aren't overwhelmed with options - everything is wonderful and special. I found my dream pair of Montelliana shoes and they arrived faster than I expected and the packaging they came in was so secure and elegant. I love what the company stands for and how your purchase can provide school for impoverished children for sometimes a few weeks. It's really a beautiful cause and it feels so good to be able to give back to those in need with your purchase. I'm definitely going to search here next time I want to invest in more luxury items.

I lost one of my Dana Rebecca diamond earrings, that were purchased elsewhere over two years ago. With a little research I found them at Olivela!
The price and prompt delivery contributed to my satisfaction. Now I have a spare earring, just in case I lose one again!

Three days after ordering a necklace from the website I got an email said that it was really out of stock. This was a gift for my significant other before I have to leave for the military. In this email they only offered me 20% off my next purchase, when I had already received 20% off. My original purchase. Not very good reason to order again. Extremely disappointed
