I've been a customer of Onecall and their brick and mortar store "Huppin's Hifi" in Spokane, WA for over thirty years. They have always treated me right. They are my first choice for electronics of all kinds.

I found the same TV online somewhere else and Onecall matched the price even thought it was $800 less with free shipping included. Then I called to order and had a few questions before I ordered and the sales professional was great answering all my questions. I ordered it and it delivered in less than a week with the box still in great shape. I am watching it now and love it. Second time i have done business with Onecall and had another great experience. Will be buying my next electronic item from them too. Great company!

I ordered six "NHT Three" bookshelf speakers and one "NHT Three C" center-channel speaker using OneCall's "Tell us your price" feature. I got seven great speakers at an unbeatable price, and delivered on time (and fast). OneCall's packaging plus the factory-original custom packaging combined to protect them perfectly during shipping. I was well-pleased with this transaction, and I'll surely be doing business with OneCall again.

I buy a great deal of electronic equipment, and this is by far the worst retailer I have ever used. B&H, J&R, Amazon, Vann's, are all much, much better. The rudeness was unbelievable. I had to contact them when placing the order, and also to return it, and both times it ruined my day I was treated so rudely. My advice would be not to buy from this seller under any circumstances. When I called to RMA a substandard product, the rep was sarcastic, rude and demeaning. I literally have never had a worse online shopping experience, from start to finish. They got almost everything wrong. Stick with the major players. This seller is not ready for prime time.

I have made two purchases from OneCall, and both experiences have been great. The first was for a Tamrac Expedition 7 camera back pack. Chad, the sales representative I spoke to worked with me on matching a lower price I found on the internet. He shipped it right out and it arrived quickly. The second purchase was for a Canon 5D Mk3. I had called, and spoke to Chad, he remembered me from the camera backpack. He advised he didn't think he would have any left from the pre-orders. He called me back later that day and said they got the cameras in, and he has extras if I was interested. I was leaving for a photo trip to northern AZ, and we worked out him shipping it to AZ where I was able to pick it up and use it on this trip. Another associate there, Patrick was helpful in making sure I got the camera on the day I needed it to arrive. Chad called me today to see how th4e trip went and to follow up on the camera. These guys know customer service and I will purchase from them again.

From the day I ordered to the day I received my shipment, it was exactly two weeks. There was a shipping snafu with Fedex ground. One Call made it sound like I could request a delivery time, so I requested delivery after 4:30 PM because I was requiring a signature (it was a set of expensive home theater speakers). In fact these shipping instructions were not given to the carrier, and after further investigation Fedex stated a delivery time can not be requested! So there was an obvious training issue here on the part of giving my false information on OneCall's part. Once I missed the first two deliveries, I called to put a hold on the shipment - so I could pick it up at a delivery store - but again the package was instead returned to OneCall, so a new order had to be cut and a new set of speakers shipped, delaying everything one more additional week. I probably called OneCall three times, each time talking to a friendly and helpful customer service person. In the end they got me a new set of speakers, not open box like I ordered, for the same cost as an open box set of speakers, so I can't complain. They sound awesome, but I recommend OneCall either not do business with Fedex, or at least inform you to have it delivered to a business if you are requiring a signature.

Excellent to work with answered all my questions I ordered my 83" TV on Monday it was at my house 1000 miles away on Wednesday. I have recommended friends and family already and I have my eye on the new 92" DLP
