I just had chat online with LF3 and she was helpful and gave me a better quote. The only problem with onecall is that they are partial towards Ageas and Ageas are the worst claim handlers and even though they offer free legal cover they will not use it even if they know that their policy holder is innocent. So the freebies they give is of no use.

Gareth was five star and very helpful to me to sort out my renewal. It’s a shame One Call don’t give the best price when they automatically renew your policy each year. That’s why I’ve only scored it 4 star rating.

AW2 who I spoke to was very very helpful, he was very knowledgeable with the answers he was giving to all my questions as I have never done this before. He even rang me back after a meeting he was in to make sure I had all the correct insurance, thank you AW2.

I have just taken out a car insurance with you yesterday. Going through the documentation this morning so i can set up accident info number on my phone i have been given 3 24 hour contact numbers very confusing. Why ? i received a email from you quoting 01302568737 the web shows 02037387300 my insurance certificate shows 03451223018. I am confused Please let me know which i should ring and why three different numbers . Trev

I know it's difficult times but I sat in a queue and when I got to live chat filled all details in only to be told they couldn't do it and I nerd platinum service. Quite a waste of time. But generally very happy with one call

I contacted Onecall via their chat box and was connected through to Megan. She was very helpful and went out of her way to answer another question which is usually dealt with by a different department. She kept me up to date with the length of time it took, just popping a message up apologising about the time it was taking was good customer service, and she hadn't taken too long. it made the contact seem more person centered with her being aware that it was taking a little longer to sort out. Very happy with the service and Megan's professionalism and customer service

I'd rate One Call less than one star if I could. I have never experienced such appalling customer service. if you can call "computer says no" any form of service. Avoid this rip off company at all costs.

Call this morning for advice on my van policy to sort out unauthorised direct debit account was told to that they could not help me just take my money he could, very disappointed in service which wasn't our fault I hope you can sort out your policy settlement for next year
