Tickets were not provided following COVID. I was given a code which was not asked for on the on-line form. Called immediately and was told "too bad. We won't give you credit for the money".

My tickets were cancelled due the to fact they said I had ordered tickets and never paid for them. I have NEVER used this site and they say I was cancelled for NON Payment of a previous event. Good I got a better deal directly from the box office.

Well this was a Christmas present for my wife. Paid for orchestra seats. Got last possible row. Guess I would be ok with that except 75% of the seats to the left and right of us were empty mean down to the stage! Agent of course said "oh this is very popular show" made me feel like I did good for my wife. I was so unhappy but made friends with the people around us and of course had to ask what they paid for their tickets. You really want to know , everyone around us paid half what we paid. This sound like a Trivago commercial. If Im not clear, paid for what I thought were great seats, highest price on their site, well those seats seats su*cked beyond belief. I have no recourse so I am just telling you beware.

Purchased tickets in January 2020 for The Who in Las Vegas on May 9, 2020 total cost $565.06. Received an email from Online City Tickets on 3/30/2020 stating The Who concert is cancelled "please allow 2-4 weeks for refund". Contacted Online City Tickets on 5/17/2020 asking about my refund not received. Below is the correspondence from OCT: Reply form Online City Tickets: "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order #. We understand that this might be disappointing news. The coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in the cancellation of thousands of live events. Government shutdown orders, which are beyond our control, have made it impossible for events to occur as scheduled. We are a marketplace, we connect buyers and sellers. Most of our sellers have not received, and may not ever receive, refunds that we can pass along to you. We have decided to move to store credit to provide certainty and consistency to all customers. Please feel free to respond to this email if you have any additional questions or concerns. Brenda M.-Customer Support" Wrote back to OCT stating: This is unacceptable. Other vendors, who are a "marketplace", such as Stub Hub, have issued refunds to their customers, and also gave their customers a choice if they wanted credit.Your advertising states 100% Guarantee states "If we do not meet these aforementioned standards, we will gladly refund your complete purchase price". In a previous email received March 30th from you stated I would receive a refund in 4 weeks. Then no contact from Online City until I sent you an email 2 days ago. So now your telling me the information you sent was untrue and false? This is deceptive. I am requesting a full refund immediately. You need to honor your 100% Guarantee statement. Reply from OCT: "Thank you for reaching back to us. We will be more than happy to assist you with your order #.We completely understand your concern and we're happy to explain. I'm sorry, we just cannot do that, due to government shutdown orders and the massive disruption to our marketplace and its normal operation.Please feel free to reply to this e-mail if you have any additional questions or immediate concerns. Thank you! Reynaldo V.-Customer Support" Wrote back again: It is not normal operations to not refund money for a canceled concert during COVID19. Stub Hub offered 125% credit or refund, within 30 days of canceled concerts/events during the last 2 months. You are choosing to refuse to refund my money per your own 100% guarantee policy. So where is my "credit"? How do I access the credit? What rules are attached to the credit? I've received no information from you about my credit, only that your company is choosing to give a credit? I am requesting the credit information for my $565.06 that your company processed payment from my credit card and now refusing to refund to me. Response from OCT; "Thank you for your email. Please note that we may take up to 72 hours to respond to your message." 10 days later - still crickets

4 Dave Matthews tickets in Des Moines at wells fargo arena, Ticket price, $95 each, total, $1,522!!!!! 400% Mark up. When you see the $380 total- make sure you get a magnifying glass to see the tiny little EA under that price, as in EACH!!Contacting CC company tomorrow to report it as scam- have attorney on retainer through work- will NOT be paying this price. Search the site you buy tickets from and if it is operated by onlinecitytickets, go elsewhere!

Bought tickets to the NF concert in Tampa for my 2 daughters. Concert was rescheduled due to COVID-19, to a date that will not work for us. OnlineCityTicket policy is roughly. We do not care if the new date works for you or not, we have your money and we will never give it back to you. Companies around the world are being very accommodating to their customers during this time, but not OnlineCityTicket STAY AWAY

Would not refund tickets minutes after I purchased the tickets. I failed to see an exorbitant $127 service charge and clicked the button before realizing it. Additionally, they sent an email that said I would be receiving my tickets at the very latest 4 days before the performance. 3 before the performance, and I still didn't receive the tickets in my email. I had to go to their website and get them to download it to my email myself. No one should have to do this for the amount of money that we pay for these tickets. Customer service is dead.

I found the tickets. I clicked on the two I wanted. Online City Tickets ask for Payment method. You do not see the final order until they have credit card information. Then you see a lot of fees and policy is applied to your cost. Two tickets were $117.00 ended up costing $577.00. with no refund. I called and live chat 10 min after the order. No live person on phone calls and scripted answers from the live chat online. Take away: I will never buy tickets from this organization ever. Good with any purchase with this terrible company.

I think it’s terrible to add $50.00 PER ticket at the checkout. I hate hidden fees and borderline fraud like that. Why not post HONEST prices? The site itself was awesome the sketchy financial practice you have is awful - too bad because it would have been great to recommend

I need my two parking spaces either next to each other or across from each other. I'm riding a motorcycle with a large trailer for my service dog and I can't fit it into one spot. I bought two spots, I need them together please. Thank you!

I ordered tickets to a Roger Miller Tribute concert to be held in Nashville on March 23rd. The event was cancelled. I received an email from them saying the event was cancelled and I could expect a refund within 2-4 weeks. Later I received an email from them saying there would be no refund, that they were giving me a credit for future tickets. We are retired and live in a small town. We don't go to concerts or events. We will never use this credit unless they reschedule this event for a later time and it fits with our schedule. We were traveling with other friends who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster. Full refund. I'm just saying beware of their "100% Buyer Satisfaction Gurantee." And yes, I did contact customer service.

Beware! I can't say it enough. Clearly my fault for not being more observant, but I just paid $512 for two tickets to Wicked that only cost $77 if you click on the right link. DO NOT BUY from Online City Tickets. They are a complete rip-off, and there's nothing I can do about it. And I got scared enough that I had to call my credit card and have a new card issued because I'm concerned about the security of my card.

When I purchased tickets, the company's policy was to provide a full refund if an event was cancelled. This was confirmed via email when I had an event rescheduled, and they wouldn't provide a refund because the event wasn't technically cancelled. When the event was officially cancelled they changed their policy to only give store credit instead of a refund. Poor excuse for customer service.

The Janet Jackson concert scheduled for July 27, 2020 was cancelled due to the Pandemic which is at no fault of mine, but instead of issuing a refund they are issuing a credit. A credit, for one, I can not use until large events are allowed again in the country, and two, I need my money back due to financial reason. This company is unilaterally implementing a policy that benefits themselves and has no concern for the customer. When I questioned the policy there response was basically you can do what you want but we have our policies. The fees associated with this 3rd party reseller is ridiculously high, I will buy tickets directly from the venue or approved seller and not a 3rd party like this one. If the concert had been reschedule I would have been fine with going on the new date but this concert was cancelled at no fault of mine and I can't get a refund, that's ridiculous. I will never use this company again. Don M.

Ordered tickets there was no guarantee where we would be sitting. I have a two year old grand daughter and I'm not able to do stairs due to several back surgeries. When looking at the concert hall in Riverside the same thing. no visual of where our seats would be. When one spends three hundreds dollars for a kids type of concert is a high price when you are not able to see where you are sitting. Very sad!

The Alabama concert that was supposed to occur in Tallahassee on 10/10/19 has been postponed until September of 2020. When I called to ask for a refund, as the civic center suggested, they said they would not refund my money. Had I bought my tickets from the Civic Center, they are giving refunds to those who purchased tickets from them until October 17, 2019. Had I known this, I would have never purchased from them. The customer "service" person couldn't care less. And, I had to pay extra fees when I bought the tickets!

Purchasing tickets for this event was fast and easy. I'm sure if anything comes up on my end where I'm unable to attend this event, I would receive a full refund. I also believed that everything being done via email is a great way to leave an electronic paper trial in case something goes wrong or misunderstood. For this to be my first time purchasing tickets with this company, I can say that I'm truly satisfied with the process.

I went on this site to purchase 2 tickets to a concert at the Concord Pavilion on 2-7-19. I was charged 3 times the amount as the price I would have paid on Live Nation. Plus the seats were not even that great. I tried to contact their customer care and got put on hold to speak to a supervisor, who was no help to me. I will never purchase tickets from here again.

I purchased Ozzy tickets for a 2019 concert. Unfortunately the concert was postponed not 1 month or a few months out but postponed until 2020. We will not be in the same state at that time!! After being talked to like I was an idiot for 23 minutes about their refund policy, I was told by a "Senior" customer service rep and I fricken quote "the only way you will see your money in a refund is if OZZY dies so don't call again!" Absolutely unbelievable!!!!
