I purchased a XIAOMI REDMI PRO from OPPOMART in November 2016. Their order confirmation was immediate; their shipping promise (6-8 days) from China to New Zealand was kept. They let me know the day the phone was shipped and advised the shipping tracking number.

The phone arrived in "tip top" condition and on time. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely use OPPOMART again.

I have been buying phones from Oppomart for 3 years now, and I bought 4 of them. Nothing to complain about the products, but when a the Battery presentening a malfunctioning, my problem started. They told me to buy the new battery and pay for the replacement, that it would be refunded. I sent all the invoices and proof, they kept saying that the refund would be done, but never really happened. Don´t believe that they offer warranty because it is NOT true. I will never buy again because problems happen! But you have to honor your warranty promisse, and I unfortunatelly found out that they are not trust worthy.

I bought a Xiaomi Mi5 from Oppomart, it stopped working in less than a year. Oppomart accepted it back for repair under their 1 year warranty, after 6 weeks they said it would cost $150 to repair even though it was still under warranty. When I said they should repair it under warranty they stopped replying to my emails. They still have my phone and refuse to reply to my emails. Oppomart are unprofessional and dishonest. I regret dealing with them and despite my best efforts will probably never see my phone again.

The Chinese man behind Oppo mart stole me 400 euros:
I buy a Honor 6+ , the man sent me a used Honor 6 (not same model).
When i contacted him he said me to send backthe phone, i paid to send back the phone.
“I’m sorry the packet arrived empty are you sure you put the phone inside?”
PayPal time expired so I have no way to reclaim my money, be very carefull with this fraud from Oppomart
