I ordered the PEX1-Mini PCI Express X1 to PCI Express Mini interface adapter. I ordered this card because it's the only one available that would allow me to put a genuine Apple airport extreme PCI Express Mini card in my "hackintosh". The card arrived as described and works flawlessly. However, if you have a Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 motherboard you will have to shave this card down by about 2 cm to fit it into this Gigabyte board, as the PCI Express X1 slot doesn't allow for standard size PCI Express X1 cards. It was simple to do though, I used a kitchen knife to snip off the protruding edge of the card.

Bought a PCI Express 8x to 16x adapter that allowed me to use a PCI-E v2.0 x16 video card into a PCI-E x8 slot, as x8 video cards are not available.
The adapter was shipped immediately, and arrived as expected.
Very happy!

I needed a hard to find 5.25" motherboard for a GPS system at a golf course. It went out the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend and we really needed the machine up and running. I found it online at Orbit Micro and had it the next morning. The price was good and the packaging was spectacular, couldn't have hurt it if you had thrown it off a roof. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received. Will do business with again.

I ordered a intel core processor. It arrived and was clearly a used processor. The processor works and was the correct product but USED! It still had some thermal CPU paste on it. If it was used the item should have said it was.

I had been waiting over a month for this MOBO from another dealer. I ordered on July 4th and before week was out I was playing with my new system. Great service.

I ordered 2 X passive Xeon 603pin CPU coolers on 12/10/04. While I was ordering through their website at orbitmicro.com, there was no mention whatsoever of my items not being in stock. Checking their website with my order number and my email address still showed that my order had not been shipped out yet. I called the customer service and was promptly transferred to Adhene Khan @ 469-917-8318. She said that they didn't have it in stock nor did she know when they'll receive what I bought. when I pushed her further for delivery date, she basically told me take a hike and that my order will be cancelled. How does a reseller get this brazen while selling products they do not have in stock? Should they tell you that it'll take more days than said delivery time if for any reason I'm not going to receive my order in time?

This is my first order with them and been through some customer verification for fraud prevention, good initiative but the verification process very slow for overseas customer, they claim my bank contact number hard to reach, well apart from that i received the goods in excellent condition!, the packaging is very professional yet a bit overly packaged & big dimension which resulted me to pay 110$ taxes for the 160$ goods!.

The sales and support been very friendly and trying to understand customer needs, but they need to act more pro-active not reactive, the website need more details on the order process if back ordered, in transit between warehouses/manufactures should be explained in the order status page.

Overall they are prompt, professional company.

I ordered a ROBO-8712VLA SBC. The board is difficult to find but I received the boards at least a week before the quoted date. The price was reasonable.
Orbit Micro is on our buy from list of vendors.

I needed a PCIe extension cable, and I needed it shipped that day with overnight delivery. Orbit Micro had it on their website, at a reasonable price. I placed the order, and requested it be shipped that day (they had it in stock!). Sure enough, the cable was delivered the following morning. Works great for PCIe Gen2. I'd definitely order from Orbit Micro again if I needed something similar. They also followed up a couple of weeks later to thank me for the order and make sure everything was good.

Wow, ordered late in the day EDT, order was in my hands the next morning. Impressive service and a great selection of products!

I have been looking Pentium 4 3.4 Ghz Prescott for a while. Finally I got it. It works perfect. Shipment was quick. Great deal, price also is very good. I will continue to buy from Orbit Micro.

We spent hours in failed searches for an adapter from PCI-E X4 to X16. Finally we found Orbit Micro and in minutes were able to order the correct adapter. Prices were reasonable and shipping was on target. The best part is that the adapter worked as advertised and solved my problem!

We ordered an item to be shipped second day air. The order was delivered in time. However, the item in the delivery was not what we ordered. We are still waiting for reimbursement for shipping back the mistaken items, and the extra shipping we paid.

Although it took 2 days before my order was filled, it was delivered without problem. I purchased my Zotac ION-A-U motherboard from Orbit Micro because a major internet retailer was constantly out-of-stock. It cost a little more, but I have it set up and working, while the major retailer is still out-of-stock!

Got an email response to livechat question with more details within 5 minutes, items arrived quickly, great price.
