Ordered a product that contained material not made immediately clear on the product information on the website. Organics Basics happily refunded it (and quickly) but I lost a total of £24 out of a £50 order due to P&P as well as returns outside of the UK. Thanks very much Brexiteers. Be aware of the impact of ordering and returning outside of the UK.

Amazing service!
I had to return my items because of the sizes. But I really liked the product so I wanted to buy again just the right size for me. Usually 10% goes off if I request store credit, but they helped me to get the full store credit. I am really grateful.
I also had a difficulty with sending the items back. They helped me to find a way to send it back since I didnt live close to the original post office the system recommended. They are very helpful!
Then I wanted to buy again. For some reason I couldnt pay. So they offered to order it for me. My store credit covered almost all of the sum, but they offered to pay it, because of the malfunction.
So nice! I really feel I was heard and they genuenly helped me.

Organic Basics staff went above and beyond to help correct an issue that arose with the clothing I purchased. They offered me a full refund for some sleep shorts/tee that bleed in the wash. Definitely the level of customer service you'd expect when you're paying $50 for a tee shirt, and it was greatly appreciated!

Amazing company with absolutely great products and love that they do for our earth. The tencel bra are wonderful, the fabric feels good and smooth on my body.
The customer service is above expectations! Very fast answers and solutions.

I ordered the set in "Cedar", both pieces L. I exchanged the pants for an M because they were very big.
I reviewed the measurements with the customer service via email and decided to switch to an M. Admittedly, I had taken the measurements before ordering, but in our emails instead of looking at the table measurements, I received more info on the pants' measurements (that was very helpful).
The bottom line is that they are a bit bigger than "usual", but I guess they are also meant to be like that. I also remember reading in the size guide that if you are in-between sizes, your height may be a good way to pick the correct one (and, at least in my case, this was true). I kept the L for the top because I liked having a roomier sweatshirt.
The exchange (especially the return shipment) was a bit confusing to me (I did not automatically get detailed info and the link did not work for some reason) but the customer service (via chat this time) was always very helpful in providing information and sending the correct link.
Regardless of the small issues mentioned, 5 stars are due for both products and customer service!!!

I love the idea of making clothes that try to minimise the environmental footprint.
I had an issue with a sweat hoodie and pants but it was handled so perfect by the costumer support professional and smooth :-)
I encourage you to evaluate the size of the sweat pants. They are quite big at least one size S equal M or even XS
It will raise the costumer satisfaction:-)

I bought the tencel Bralette. After a few weeks i saw loose stitches in the middle. I send a email, and asked what i should do.
They send me a giftcard to buy another bra and a code for free shipping. Great customer service!!

I absolutely love this brand. I found it on a whim while doing a google search for organic clothing wear. Everything fits wonderfully and the quality of the products are silky and durable. My favorite item is the tencel singlet tank in dusty rose! So beautiful. Thank you so much Organic basics!

Third time ordering from them, first heard about them through an influencer. Fantastic customer service every single time - they are so darn NICE and really care about you being happy with your order. The underwear is high quality and retains its elasticity and shape despite weekly washings. Looking forward to trying their daytime clothes for the first time! Just wish they made more products as I would order them. It can feel like a huge leap to start investing this money in basics, but remember that you are investing in high-quality organic cotton, fabrics that stand the test of time, and a small company that is passionate about their products and clients. I finally received my yoga set (bra and leggings) after my first order got lost in the mail. But the costumer support was great. The bra is perfect and looks really resistant and the material is great! The leggings too, are very soft and comfortable. I'm just a bit worried about the sewing inside the waist as it looks a bit fragile so I hope it is resistant too. It looks very different from the bra. Probably it is to be a bit more malleable. Hopefully I will have no problems! Overall I am very happy with one more OB purchase.

Excellent products and costumer service. Transparent company in terms of environmental impact, while others try to fool you with empty concepts and green washing. The underwear is soft and comfortable.
I also loved the option to browse the webshop in a low impact mode.

I was unfortunate enough to receive a pair of work out leggings that broke after only 2 months of use. The customer service experience after was splendid and amazing! I got a full refund and could order a new pair at no cost at all. Very pleased, and everyone I talked to at customer service were so nice and friendly. Kudos!

Great brand but note that all of their orders ship from Denmark which means that even if you're browsing and shopping on their US site additional taxes and duties would still be applied after your order ships. That applies to all countries outside of the EU.

OB has easily become my favourite label since the start of the lockdown, they have the softest, most flattering and subtly sexy and most importantly comfortable underwear and lounge wear. My collection is ever growing and feels good to be buying from an eco-friendly and sustainable brand.
