One of my first online orders, I was ordering supplies for my daughters 13th birthday. I was working with 3 party supply sites. I found they had the highest prices of all 3, and it took 12 business days to get it... but I DID get it. To each their own but I won't order from them again. The other 2 companies I use regularly now and couldn't be more happy, that's the main reason I wont order.... no love loss but they are really JUST AVERAGE.

Oriental Trading signed me up for an "Easy Saver" program over two years ago when I made a purchase. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for years as I buy tons of stuff for my preschool. They fraudulently signed me up for the Easy Saver program and have been charging me $14.95 every month since...over $360 total. I cannot believe they can get away with this activity. They have got to clean up their act before I would ever do business with them again.

Oriental Trading company re-delivered my stolen package free of charge (overnight express) just in time for Halloween!!! Thank you oriental Trading Company!!! Great customer service, highly recommend this company.

I had an order with 11 items and I needed them for my son's school Christmas party. I received the package when it said it would come but I didn't check my order right away. I checked it 2 days before the party and realized they sent me 1 less of what I ordered and sent me something else instead. I started to panic and called right away and asked if there was anyway they could get it to me the next day because I committed to bringing these to the party. It was 2:30pm and they said usually the cut off for next day shipping was 12pm but they would try their best. They got it to me by 12:15pm the next day!! Their customer service was wonderful. The lady on the phone offered me several options to choose from, all which were very generous but I really wanted the product and they made that happen! I order for them for all the school parties and I've never had a mistake in my order. This is the first time and they made it right. Thank you!

I bought candy for this past Halloween. This is the last time that I will order from them as I got had on money spent. If I had gone to Sam's or WalMart instead, I would of saved myself at least 25% from what I paid this company.

All pretty much just made in China cheap junk. Somethings are ok. Never anything great.

Ordered fr them for a Christmas party and decided to pay for expedited shipping for 12/12. 12/12 came, nothing was delivered.

Checked tracking and showed 12/13. Then tracking showed out for delivery at 1009am on 12/13. By 8pm, 12/13, nothing. Called n Oriental trading Customer Svc basically tells u, “thank u for yr money but ultimately, it’s not their problem, they are not the carrier for delivery”. You paid for expedited shipping? That means nothing, it’s on their site as a joke! Customer disappointed or upset? Oh, d mighty Oriental Trading Customer Svc will refund you the shipping cost or they will issue a $25 store certificate?!?!

First, save the $25 crap, never buying from them again. Then suggested I go call UPS?

Fine, called them. UPS said Xmas Season, drivers work late, stay up till midnight and wait pls n call back again if nothing is delivered. Of course, nothing was delivered and tracking miraculously changed from “out for delivery” on 12/13, to “in transit” on 12/13, to now, “Monday, end of day 12/16, cos UPS San Jose Hub opens 5 days a week?!

This is a nightmare. Unless you don’t care much about whatever you are purchasing from them, else, NEVER trust them as a supplier for parties or important events.

Even when Oriental Trading doesn’t deliver even if you pay for expedited shipping, no worries, they have a just as inefficient carrier who doubles down, and ensures whatever you have planned IS a failure!

I ordered some party favor for my son's birthday party and when I placed order, the site shows that it will arrive on the 3rd of July. however, the shipping confirmation I got from carrier says it would arrive on the 7th. Since I need the items on the 4th, I called the customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They send me another package with 2 day delivery.

The site has a good selection, the quality is not top notch (similar quality comparing to party city etc) but the quality/price ratio is excellent.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definetely buy from them again

Terrible. During the Covid-19 pandemic I ordered a Happy Birthday lawn sign for my son. He was really excited for this, especially since he can't leave the house or see anyone. I was guaranteed shipment for today 4/10. The order still has only processed and hasn't shipped.
Oriental Trading told me they can't refund me and that I should either try to refuse the delivery or just send it back.
I haven't worked I over a month due to the crisis and can't afford to pay $117 for something I won't even be able to use. Thanks for ruining my sons birthday. I will never shop here again.

Do not trust the on line ordering for delivery if a delivery date is important to you. I ordered a gift and paid an extra $22 and change for a delivery 4 days out from my order. "standard" delivery was going to be free but had an estimated delivery date of 10-14 days. I was offers expedited shipped for the exact day I wanted (birthday) and placed the order. With no notice three days later I contacted Oriental Trading (chat session) and was told the order was placed with a third part who has not yet even processed the order.. I requested the order be cancelled and my credit card refunded. All I got was a reply to contact them for return instructions whenever the product arrives. The product has not even shipped yet and they do not seem to be able to cancel it. Beware.

I thought i would write reviews to less bigger store chains, that could make people question if they are reliable, because i am dealing with a store that seems shady and dose not seem trust worthy at all, that i purchased from, and i just now am reading reviews how they are shady so i wanted to look up other stores that have been good to me and leave feed back, i purchased from oriental trading online and it was a smooth purchase, and they shipped in a timely manner.

Placed an order 3 days ago and was told they don't know when it was going to ship. How can a copy just say sorry we took your money and but don't expect your products

I ordered 4 bags of Pastel Pink Sparkle Chocolate-Covered Almonds @ $10 each. Received quickly however when I opened it 75% of each bag was crushed and sum melted. I called up and explained what the problem was. They apologized and said we'll ship out 4 more bags to replace them. I thought great. Got those 4 bags..... same thing.  I went to leave review on website and it would not allow me to leave negative review. They won't let you leave any negative but truthful review. You can only leave a good review. Well my experience was not good so why can I not leave an honest review. That is very dishonest to me. How many other packages of candy have they sold and wouldn't allow people to leave honest reviews.  They are pretty much lying to customers by with holding truthful feedback. I would not have ordered them had I read reviews like that but of course they know that.
