(I ordered it under his name so it’d be a surprise, as he seldom receives packages) I had no idea it was a one man operation until we read the letter included - so major kudos! Was the perfect amount of chilli so it didn’t take over the entirety of the flavour. Love the smaller sized pieces, didn’t have to cut to make them smaller to eat or risk ripping my teeth out. Plan was to save some to share but was way too good to stop eating it all
