This is the second knee brace I have bought from Ossur. This one is for my other knee, 10 years later. They are very robust and the new design hasn't changed much from the old one - I've got one for each knee as I've torn both ACL's
I wear the braces for skiing and netball and although I look like Robocop they do the job of securing my joint so it doesn't collapse. I would definitely recommend this brace for sports and the anti migration padding is also very secure

The Ossur Rebound Knee brace with ROM hinges that I ordered after my MCL and ACL injury is great and durable - I've had to wear it almost 24hrs a day for the last month and it's done very well.
My order had a muddle at the beginning but was very quickly sorted out when I flagged it - I was very impressed.

I tried to contact a member of staff on several occasions through each way available on the website to get advice on the size of the knee brace without success so I measured using the guide and bought a XXL. Unfortunately I was border line between XL and XXL which was the reason I wanted help and in hind sight I should have gone with the XL as this one has stretched and is now too big and slips a lot.
The brace when it fitted was great and helped a lot juat wish I was able to get the advice needed at the time because £50 is a lot of money to me and now ita not as helpful as ut was when I first had it.

The ordering layout is clear and simple to use.
Amazingly, post and packing is included in the price.
Delivery is quick and supporting emails are extremely helpful.

Really love the Evenup and now have four! The ordering is quick and easy and delivered on time. Really excellent service and fantastic value. They really are the best in my opinion.

The time from calling you to the day the item was delivered was amazing, even with this Covid 19, I thought a couple of weeks at least but no, it arrived just 2 days later, the staff knew exactly what I was looking for, all done in approximately 15 minutes, fantastic service and I would recommend them to anyone ????????

1st order failed to send order on time even though i paid for next day delivery, promised a refund for postage but they never did. 2nd order cancelled as apparently no stock.

The delivery service through UPS was extremely disappointing with no notification of attempted delivery and my parcel just sat in the drop off shop for two weeks. No follow up attempt by UPS to make me aware of my parcel location. The actual sleeves I ordered a size medium as per online measurement directions. These are very much on the small size and as such will not even fit over my calf muscle. Tried asking the online help assistant if they could be returned as not sure if they were classed as soiled as I’d tried one on, had no response despite posting the same query on multiple occasions.

Very disappointed with the whole service despite owning two of their top end knee braces and will probably look else where for the replacement sleeves.

I spoke with one if your agents online about my reasons for wanting a knee brace. I was recommended the CTI OTS brace. I promptly ordered one, set it up and wow! What a difference it has made! My knee feels much more stable and it has improved confidence! Thanks!
