I recently ordered a DNA Kit but forgot to printout the voucher just assumed it would come in the mail, after not receiving 3 weeks later I emailed Ouffer and they followed it up and sent me the voucher so I could redeem the offer, the service was fantastic I highly recommend Ouffer to anyone it is the only online company I use and trust have bought many items they are always delivered on time I have never had another issue and this particular one was my fault.

I have purchase 2 -six-piece luggage organizer sets $19 each set they charge me $ 70.00 I contact them no replay not very happy with the service and I need my refund.

I phoned the Laser centre to book a fat freezing treatment, the lady whom I gather was the owner, said that she does not do fat freezing treatments on the neck or chin area. I have paid $160 +used a $8.95 credit voucher and I can not use this now.

The phone no on my voucher was disconnected also. Which concerned me. I then googled the website and found an alternative number, luckily the laser centre answered.

Nowhere did it state on the terms & conds that they do not do the neck or chin area.

If you are going to book this treatment then CALL the Laser centre first to see if this company does do the parts of the body you need.

I am going to contact the ACCC if I do not receive a refund for this unusable voucher and misleading advertisement.

I will NEVER trust the Sydney Laser Clinic ever again.

Very disappointed and very weary now of anything advertised on Ouffer unless I call the company whom I am going to use a voucher from first.
Please display your advertisement correctly and not hide things that a purchaser needs to know.

Purchased a pair of RayBan aviator sunglasses from Ouffer on November 21 but still waiting for them to arrive 6 weeks later! Did receive a message that the order was completed and the money was debited from my account. Have sent 4 emails enquiring about this matter but still have not received a response. Not impressed with customer service and will definitely not buy from company ever again and will be advising my friends to do likewise.

I didn't get my order which cost $29.95. As I didn't call within a month, they can't track it and was offered a $10 ouffer credit. Won't be using this online shop again!

I recently bought a mattress topper and although it was not up to standard as the feathers were sticking through the material and made it very uncomfortable I dealt with Pooja and she was amazing. She was incredibly understanding and refunded my money really quickly. I am sending the topper back to the manufacturer which is disappointing but the fact that the customer service was so good I will not hesitate to shop with Ouffer again should I find something I would like.

In October I ordered a leather wallet and paid $20.95, including shipping. When it did not arrive by late November, I contacted the customer support team. After several emails, it was clear that I was in fact not going to receive the item I had purchased and although this was disappointing, both Rachel and Travis from Customer Support were fabulous with their prompt responses and credited the entire amount back onto my Visa card. Although I cannot rate Ouffer for their products, I would like to rate their customer support very highly.

I sometime purchase Ouffer deals and on 2 occasions there have been complications in accessing my purchase. On both occasions Ouffer customer service have quickly and effectively rectified the problem with the merchant.

I had the pleasure of corresponding with Dave about needing a refund due to a change in my circumstances. I expected him to be negative but he couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Thank you Dave! It is so nice to get quick replies, and to be treated well.

I bought this voucher a few weeks ago and am unable to. Ok through the website. I've sent several emails. No one has contacted me
No contact numbers to resolve quickly
I see ouffer respond to this website so perhaps you may write back to me on this...

After paying for 2 massages { 1 for me and 1 for my fiance} I received only 1 voucher . Repeated attempts at contacting ouffer has resulted in not just the second not being issued, but no response from ouffer at all.

I placed an order for some Margaret River wine and then after a few days I realised I had put the incorrect street number (I'm not completely stupid I promise! We're looking after the property temporarily). I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had a response from Jaesa. The supplier has been contacted and the address corrected. Excellent customer service....I'm looking forward to receiving my wine!

I purchased 4 x harbour cruise tickets and had a glitch with the dates selected, Elle was able to cancel this for me and supply me with a credit within minutes so that I was able to re book without waiting and more importantly not miss out on the tickets selling out. Thank you Elle, your assistance today was greatly appreciated :)

I recently had an issue with a product size and despite the best efforts of customer support services it was unable to be resolved. A full refund was offered by the vendor. When the refund credit had still not been received after several months I contacted Ouffer support. The support officers were outstanding in following up and keeping me updated. Full credit has now been organised. Thank you

I had difficulties with updating my delivery address after a purchase on a Friday night. After having a panic! I emailed Customer Service and they contacted me first thing Monday morning and assisted me with the issue. So I was very grateful!

I have purchased a number of items and have been pleased each time, this time unfortunately 1 carton did not arrive and i found through follow-up that it was damaged prior to arrival so it had been sent back, on contacting Ouffer a wonderful staff member assisted me in getting this matter fixed and a new replacement sent. More than happy..

I ordered 13 glass & stainless steel bottles for $29 each on 11th Nov 2014. I waited and waited and nothing, kept thinking they'll arrive before xmas as I was expecting them late November, early December. I followed up before Xmas. and was told that merchant was contacted, still no reply so "I" followed up AND same reply of chasing merchant. I outlaid $377... for Xmas pressies for daycare staff. Not only am I embarrassed at not having our presents to give them, BUT I am very concerned about what has happened to my order and would like to SPEAK to somebody about it. Don't people call and speak anymore. This is clearly not an acceptable way to run a business. I now need to contact my bank to try and query the purchase as I have clearly been done in this transaction and with such an outlay would expect a much quicker turn around.
