Lots of issues with shipping. Customer was easy to talk to and tried to correct the issue. But I was told several reasons for the problem, but was told initially that you guys don't stock the boots coming from the supplier. Then eventually the boots shipped from your store in Annapolis anyway, customer service was great they eventually fixed the issue, but overall it seemed very disorganized the process. But I do have my boots now, I'm happy with them. In the end that's all that matters. Thanks.

Cheap and effective. Detailed description, spent days looking for the best deal on timberland pro boots and couldn’t find the details i needed to complete a purchase. Found this site and it all fell into place.

Shipping was a mess with my order instead of getting them on a Friday I got them the following week on a Wednesday and I call support he told me that the boots was coming from a new store and they hadn't processed them right for pickup so if I wouldnt have call they would still be sitting there he apologize and said he was go credit my account with 10 dollars never happened

Wasn't to bad of a order experience, I'm not real tech savvy and I didn't see a ETA on the product I ordered but who knows it could have been there somewhere. I just like to have a good idea of when my product SHOULD arrive

Company is fantastic the company is great there's nothing wrong with it they give you a lot of leeway if you can't pay for your boots and find upfront and you don't have the whole thing they give you some leeway and you could do it biweekly payments basically layaways biweekly which I think is fantastic and other than that the companies great

Took several days for my order to get processed then I didn't know that someone would have to be home to sign for them so there was some inconvenience in getting them delivered. Could have been worse.

Took almost two weeks and about 5-7 phone calls to finally get a tracking number. I will honestly say the women who answered the 7th call was very helpful though. Wish I could've talked to her first.

Once I placed my order it was like I didn't exist. Even after I called them and was told a tracking number would be issued within four hours, I never got anything. I had to call again and was told the shipment was on it's way from the manufacturer. The Company didn't even have them in stock.

Very hard to find work boots here in Georgia does will be my first pair of carhart boots I were wolverines boots for 9 years and they are the best ones so far I work in highway maintenance where is wet and mud I see how this work will see how long they last

My boyfriend has purchased this brand in the past and we changed to Ariat and they were not for being in your feet all day on concrete. Went back to Timberlands and has not had any back problems since.

Arrived quickly; great product; fit perfectly believe it or not. Protect feet and legs from knee down. Will not have to worry about feet being cold and wet any more. These boots not made for warm weather.

I was very impressed with the site. It was easy to find the Timberland Work Shoe my husband was looking for. His job requires him to be on his feet, walking on cement all day. He is looking forward to having a great day when he has his new boot.

I accidentally placed the order on a Sunday. I was trying to see the total amount before I purchased the item and accidentally submitted the order. I had called with in 24 hrs of placing my order to cancel. The lady I spoke to said she would email her supervisor so he could cancel the order. I didn't follow up and next thing I know the boots got delivered to my house.
