The worst customer experience.
Was told a front aluminium gate be made and ready for pick up in 2 weeks made to pay 100% upfront
4 weeks later no gate .. tried calling get music and msg bank , 5 weeks later can’t supply no apology .. ask for refund ASAP ten days later finally paid after numerous emails to no works ox works slowly …….if at all

I ordered pool fencing from Oxworks and being a one man band started constructing the fence a couple of months later only to find the polaris soft close hinges I ordered were not included. Made contact with Oxworks only to be told it is two months ago you ordered the products so there is nothing we can do. What does it matter that it was 2 months ago, if the order is not complete the order is not complete. Terrible customer service, will never use Oxworks again.

Had a glass pool fence installed in November 2018 and this week 1 panel shattered for no reason at all. It wasn't a hot day and no one was outside near the fence, we heard it shatter from inside our house. No one has touched the glass except ourselves cleaning it twice. Oxworks wouldn't supply a new panel saying they give no warranty on their glass so we had to purchase another panel and waiting to see if any other panels are going to fall to bits as easily, plus we have to pay to have it recoated with the glass protection cleaning product -another $150. Not impressed with customer service and yes the fence was professionally installed.

Garry was so easy to get along with, communication was easy and his work outstanding. Our pool fence is both colourbond and glass and both are outstanding. His workmanship is high quality and I cannot fault this company. I would highly recommend Garry and his business to everyone.

I have ordered several jobs from this company now and find them very easy to deal with. I have had Colorbond, glass and some pool fencing and it's all come together perfectly. Sales team was very helpful.

I bought Primero Industries SofterClos hinge sets (pool door hinges) from Oxworks in Wangara, WA about a year and a half ago and since then I’ve had problems with them. They entice you to buy the hinges with the a two year warranty but it is useless because, Primero Industries, the company that is in charge of replacing them take at least three months on average to get back to me a new pair. I have two pool doors and both have had the hinges replaced four times now. Each time they come to replace them, I have to take the day off work which means I don’t get paid, but what do they care. They were replaced last around a week ago, and the day after, it didn’t work. I sent them an email straight away and they still haven’t replied. It has cost me around $2000, which I regret paying. Once they have your money, they don't care. It is still under warranty, so I will be taking further action from here.

Don’t buy anything from them unless you want to waste your money.
