A lightweight yet sturdy unit(plastic) and petite size (A4-horizontal & 3/4A4vertical) just exactly what we needed in a small toilet facility as well as hall and prep room. All screws & plugs to attach to wall were included. There was also a plastic key/device included so you can 'lock' dispenser. Ordered paper towel supplies at same time and everything was delivered very quickly. We should have done this years ago. COVID19 is making us all re-examine our hygiene practices. Thank you for your service.

Received product a few days ago, in the advisement for the product it says it comes with 75mm fixings and a attractive cover plate however when I opened the package just the drop down handrail was there. I emailed Fanar yesterday about it and he said that it does not come with fixings and cover plate. I am very disappointed. I will send a screenshot of the advertisement. If you can explain to me how this has happened.

I ordered five Pedal Slim-line sanitary Disposal Units. One box arrived last Monday 21/9, still waiting for the second box. I rang Ozwashroom yesterday and today and both times the ladies assisting me very helpful and answered my queries fully.

All was great with Ozwash however it fell apart with your courier company. They had specific instructions to leave at the front door of the unit number, which is on the top floor (2 flights of stairs) it is safe there. However they decided to leave it at the entry to the building where anyone can pick it up and take it. Luckily my neighbour picked it up for us but I was no impressed with the courier company which makes me questions whether I use Oz wash again.

Unfortunately I can not give a better review as I ordered this on the 24th of Sept and it is the 9th Oct and I still have not received the item. I had notification on Fri 2nd Oct that it was in transit and then again this morning to say it was on it's way.

This is the first time that I have tried these toilet rolls. I love the softness and the fact that they come wrapped individually in paper. The ones I bought are small compared to other brands but still pleased with my purchase.

I can’t give you a review as I still have not received them it’s been a week now since I’ve paid for them and as yet they haven’t turned up so I suppose my review would be a to speed up the delivery time to the customer or at least let the customer know that it’s going to take a ridiculous amount of time so the customer can make a choice of paying more for a quick delivery. Took over 6 weeks to receive our order. No indication of the timeframe when placing the order, it was expected that it was in stock and ready to ship. Obviously not when it takes 6 weeks. Would have ordered elsewhere as it was critical to receive the goods quickly.

I was waiting on delayed orders from two different companies. I then ordered same from OZwashroom. My OZwashroom order came in good time..still nothing from other companies. I ordered again from OZwashroom and it came in good time..still waiting on same product from other companies.

I spoke to Ian to ask if he could arrange goods to be left at the back doorstep, he told me that was not possible as the courier only responded to emails and he was too busy, I contacted the courier myself and it was not a problem sorting the delivery. Ian was absolutely useless

I purchased some items in March 2018. I am happy with the items. I was, however, surprised that the request to complete the survey in which it was suggested that I "recently" purchased something from Ozwashroom and would I like to rate it. Like many companies, this one too leaves something to be desired in its IT management. Just sell the good products and for get the IT BS.

We had tiles purchased from Oz Washrooms from day one.Great service Allan went out of his way to make sure we where happy and delivered our tiles helped bring tiles into our home.True old fashioned service i highly recommend this company for there great service and pricing.Thanks again Allan.Regards David

Re: Invoice ID: 5000000425 The above order was placed and paid for on 30 September 2019 and has still not been received. Having checked with your supplier, the goods are available for supply. A "Letter of notice" was sent 9 October 2019 giving the opportunity to satisfy the order - but as at today - have not had a response. Have recently commenced a formal claim with ACCC. The advice received is that I must begin the Small Claims Tribunal claim, which we will do in the coming days.
