Their online store is great. They have a multitude of things to buy from and the deals are great. They ship from the west coast and I'm all the way in the east coast, and I have yet to have any problems with their shipments.

The Grove City Outlets has multiple sales going on at once which was deceiving as sales were right next to each other with very little description of what went to what. I went to check out and none of the sales were a match even though the whole store said buy 1 get 1 50% off.

I brought 4 pair of shorts online and received 20% off. I took them to the store to exchange for same item different size and they made me pay full price. An even exchange is just that an exchange. I should of been honored the price I paid. They lost a great customer.

I ordered 5 items with standard shipping yesterday evening Dec 22nd and my order finished processing this afternoon at about 1, when I got an email & text confirmation that it's been shipped. I came here before getting the shipping notification to find out other people's experiences with processing times and got kind of worried when I read all the bad reviews with extensive processing times, incomplete shipping, cancelled orders, poor customer service, etc. But so far I've had the complete opposite experience, and I'd expect a longer processing time with it being just days before Christmas too. The email says all my items are in the one shipment that is already on its way, and I'm pretty satisfied w that. I recommend to anyone ordering from Pacsun in the future to make sure all billing/shipping information fields match up to prevent orders from being cancelled or not going through, as that's possible since companies have the right to cancel online orders for security purposes if this info is incorrect in the slightest. I've had no issue with processing time and have yet to find out how long it takes to ship, but with this I just recommend patience! Especially during the holiday season. Be sure to make sure no items in your cart say "unavailable" before proceeding to checkout as well!

my order has literally been "processing" for 21 days now with absolutely no sign of of coming any time soon. unless you're interested in waiting for your package to "process" for weeks on end don't bother trying to order from them online

My daughter ordered a pair of pants 20 days ago, and they still have not even shipped. No communication from them whatsoever. First phone call after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was told by customer service that it would be expedited to 2 day shipping. We waited 4 days, then checked on the order and it still hasn't shipped, so called again. 1 hour on hold just to talk to someone. They said they have no idea when it is going to ship. What kind of company is this. I get covid 19 is going on, but we have ordered from numerous other places and nothing has taken over 3 weeks to even ship it out. Ridiculous. Will never shop with them again.

My order was split up into 2 shipments. The first one came, not damaged in any way but the wrong size. Then, a few days later they canceled the other half of my clothing just because it was "out of stock". Will be trying again later. very disappointed

I ordered 2 items around April. The order had been processing for about 3 weeks when my first item was cancelled. Then, a week later, after waiting a month for my package, my other item was cancelled. I waited an entire month for nothing. Both items are still on the website though which doesn't make sense since they're apparently sold out which is why they couldn't fulfill the order.

pacsun tries to sell the smallest pieces of clothing for extremely high prices. i only try to shop there when i see that they have sales but even then you have to work your way around actually getting some type of discount bc when they say they're having a "sale" they up the prices (ex. right now they say they have buy one get one free so i went on the website to try and buy two crop tops but the crop tops are $40 each which is absolutely insane) they also sometimes sell "one size fits all pants/shorts", i am normally a size 28" or 2/4 in bottoms yet these "one size fits all bottoms won't even button on me. my friends mom regularly buys her clothes from there as presents and the last time she went there she had to spend $700 for a big bag and a half of clothes. they make it out to where you can only shop there if you're extremely skinny and rich.

I ordered one single item over 15 days ago. ONE SKIRT. It still just says "processing." I was told at check out that it would be delivered in 7 days. I've tried 4 times now to contact them using the ridiculous Live Support because their phones and email are shut down and every time I get below 10 in the Queue Position after waiting literally over an hour, it magically "reconnects" me and deletes the chat. I have not heard a single thing from them about my order since the day I ordered it. Awful service.

i ordered a shirt 13 days ago and it still hasn't shipped!! I have emailed them 3 times and none of their emails are helpful! I told them it was past 9 days and still hasn't shipped in my first email and their response made no sense. still want the shirt since i got it for an event but at this point i don't even know if it's going to come in time! If they at least were accommodating and gave a discount or took off shipping cost or refunded then that would be a different story but it's like they don't even care!

I placed an order for 1 T-shirt almost 5 weeks ago now. The website still states that my order is "processing". No way to contact them whatsoever. I agree with others that customer service could easily be done remotely but that is obviously not a priority. I've ordered from many other companies during this pandemic and they have followed safety protocols and shipped items in completely reasonable amounts of time. If a business is unable to handle shipping demands or logistics during this time period, they should be transparent. Hopefully one day this shirt will show up given I have no one to contact to resolve the issue.

"Your order could not be submitted. Please review your payment settings and try again. Thank you for your patience!" - pacsun ^^That's the only communication I get to have with PacSun. Worst online store and it's been this way for over a year! No customer service either. I have a paypal payment that went through but order did not process. Three weeks and I can't get it resolved! Can't get my money back! Can't get any help! Still says payment is pending! Apple Pay doesn't work. Credit card doesn't work.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced and theft. They lost my order, promised me a refund, yet 1 month, and many many emails later, I'm still having to fight to get my refund of over £300. They ignore almost every email and the ones they actually reply to, are the most unhelpful. Either sending a formatted response to which doesn't answer anything I've said or just resend the previous email. Would stay well clear.

I placed a 250 dollar order with overnight shipping over a week ago. Signed up for message updates everything. And they have done nothing so far. My order still has not even been processed by the warehouse I have gotten no updates. But my package has been received by the warehouse so they just aren't processing it. I ordered 6 pieces of clothing over 40 dollars per piece of clothing and it has taken a them this long to still not even have it processed. You would think they would have a sense of urgency if they are going to charge over 40 dollars for a short sleeve shirt and another 30 + for overnight. Compared to everywhere else you can shop this will never again be my first choice. I can safely say they have lost my business after this order arrives whenever that may be. The clothing they are selling is great but when it takes this long with overnight shipping to even be processed by the warehouse after it is received by that same warehouse it is not worth it by any mean for me. And nowhere on my tracking does it say that they need to be shipped to the warehouse from out of country which is why I thought it was taking so long so there really is no reason for it to takes weeks to even process my order. And nowhere on the website does it say shipping will take this long. No warnings whatsoever just weeks of waiting and text messages about how you should go buy more from them when you haven't even received your first order. Bad customer service all the way around on this one.

I've been waiting since May 5th, 2020 for my package. I only bought ONE item!! I get that there's a COVID 19 pandemic but its going to take months to get a package arrived to my house?? I hope that it's not lost or anything because it has had the same tracking information since May. This was the worst first experience shopping online in PacSun. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I ordered size 5 womens shoes, they gave me sIze 5 of men's which is clearly a size 7 for women. I also ordered a shirt, paid for it, been waiting for an update for a week now so i contacted customer service, they told me they have cancelled the shirt because it was sold out. They didn't inform me about it. Also, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!! Some stuff are listed available but are sold out already.

Just received the pants & they're the wrong size! Difficulty finding the return order page, and finally end up at it & it says the page is no longer there. This company stole money from me & should not be in business!!!

I ordered a single pair of sunglasses form pacsun 3 WEEKS AGO! They are STILL processing and will not give me an ETA of when they will ship. I had to wait on the phone for an hour and a half for customer service to tell me that. Never going to buy online again.

Absolutely terrible. From their website their rules to delivery. Online customer service is the worst. Ive been trying to call them multiple times today and I get stuck on hold for 20 minutes every time and they never answer. Didn't receive my order and can't return it only so now I don't have my order nor money. Absolutely worst online shopping experience
