I inadvertently ordered twice after being told virtually that my first order fell over because of a Safari misconnection.
I was phoned by Charlie on a Sunday to resolve the issue.
I was impressed by the service and easy resolution.

PP delivered my "on sale" Rumpl blanket in record time and (although their website description of the colour I was after was incorrectly stated as "black") they took note of my message and I did receive the one I wanted. Thanks very much!

Ordered 2 items and only one was dispatched. Second item now on its way but with Covid-19 post issues and despite sending express post, I will now not receive in time for our holiday.
Very disappointing shopping experience. Support staff were fabulous in sorting it out. To buy something weeks before travelling and then not receiving the full order due to someone’s incompetence is going to make my holiday less enjoyable.

Every order I've made from Paddy Pallin hasn't arrived 2 weeks after I've ordered it - still nothing. Out of 3 orders, I've heard only one was shipped. That said tracking was included in the email but there was no tracking, and I had to email Paddy Palin to ask. No real explanation given, but they did reply with the tracking number on that one order. It still hasn't arrived. (Over 14 days and counting, and I live in Melbourne city not out in wop-wops.) My other 2 orders - no information or update. So definitely Paddy Pallin is not coping with Coronavirus orders seemingly, and Customer Service virtually non-existent. I'm no longer placing any more orders with them.

Still no sign of my order or progress
It was not large package

I can't give it more than 2 stars at this stage as I have not received the goods yet. I guess its not really Paddy Pallin's fault but I have not had an update about delivery for a week

I wanted a bag, just like the other one I have. I travel a lot and have my regular work bag packed to go - now I have a great overnight bag, just in case.

Simple ordering. Fast processing. Prompt delivery.

I had a really great chicken wrap today. Life is good.

Item arrived 5 days later over a distance of 3500km - great choice of courier company, many times faster than others. Item was neatly presented and well packed. Only small issue is that there was a small IT/website issue when ordering from the store's website, which meant I was unable to get the advertised price, until I emaied your staff and they guaranteed it for me.

I rang Paddy Pallin's Miranda store for advice on sizing and product. Paul at this store was very helpful, Unfortunately he did not have the size I required for the Mens top in the colour I wanted and the store did not have the clearance items only on line could my jacket be purchased. I would have purchased from the store if it had what I needed. High 5 to Paul.

I spoke with Kerry, after making an online purchase and paying for a speedy delivery - I realised that there is no such thing just now with Aust Post and sure enough the invoice I received via email said as such. I rang to see if I could get the freight reimbursed and pick up in the shop. Kerry organised the whole thing. She was respectful efficient and followed through with her plan. I even got a call from the shop to say they are holding it for me. Excellent service
