Many thanks for our recent delivery of PaleoRidge, delivered speedily and on time even in these difficult times of Coronavirus Lockdown,

The delivery driver knocked on the door to let us know it had arrived and I waved my thanks to him as he drove away.

It's very much appreciated that as a disabled person I'm not having to worry about how to feed my dogs and contact less delivery in these difficult times of isolation and lockdown

Just switched to raw feeding and on day 2. Service has been great, website easy to navigate and good detailed instructions on switching. Quick delivery, everything still solid frozen on arrival. Especially like the hamper options and complete satchets for a newbie like myself. So far no problems and doggie loving her tripe. Thank you paleo ridge for first class service at a very difficult time

I have to admit that from the very first order with PR the service from the team has been second to none. Even through the current crisis with COVID-19, there has been no interruption to the high level of customer service and professionalism that I have come to expect. Deliveries are prompt and on time, and communication from the PR team throughout the process of each order again, is fantastic. Thanks to you all for making the ordering of my dog's raw food one less thing I have to worry about. The products are also absolutely amazing, and the results of which are clearly evident in the health and growth of our puppy Baxter. Thanks a million and I would absolutely recommend you guys to anyone :-)

Due to limited freezer space I always put an order in when I have two- three days worth of food left. Guaranteed once Iv ordered it comes with in 48 hours. This gives me peace of mind and I know I can rely on them.

I have used Paleo Ridge for the last few months now and they are just brilliant. The food I order for my boys is always in stock, they package and deliver the food out the next day and its a simple as that. The food itself is amazing, my 2 love it and is without doubt the best raw meat product around. I would highly recommend Paleo Ridge.

Perfect service, ordered late on Tuesday night, had a confirmation order would be delivered on Thursday, Thursday had a message saying it would be delivered between a certain time, and I was, very good service and good quality food, our dog loves it.

We have been ordering from Paleo Ridge since last summer, we haven’t been disappointed with both quality and service, our pouch loves it and the initial issue of her itching continuously was resolved after converting from dry food to raw food.

Love the fact our food always arrives in the designated one hour time slot so that I can plan my day. There's nothing worse than waiting in for parcels but PaleoRidge have taken all the frustration out of waiting in for our food to arrive. We also love the Woolcool used as an insulator to keep our food frozen, there's no polystyrene boxs at PaleoRidge ???????? I also love that they'll even collect the Woolcool for free to reuse again, so there's no need to worry about polluting the planet as PaleoRidge have sorted that for us too

In the current crisis of Covid 19 delivery was still very prompt! Large selection on the website and quality products that my dog loves...especially the lamb hearts!

I have given 5 stars because Paleo Ridge are brilliant,their service is excellent,and my very fussy dog George loves their raw food,I have been ordering from them for a few months now the delivery is always next day and packed very well in sheep’s wool.Now that I have found a perfect supplier I will not use anybody else.

Usually no problem with my orders however this time very unsatisfactory- due next day delivery on the Friday - received a text at 12 on the Friday saying my delivery had been ‘upgraded’ to Saturday! Needed the delivery Friday as away the weekend and no dog food- nothing paleo could do as was DPD but no offer of refund for my next day delivery charge, no money off or discount etc. very limited in the way of customer service- didn’t get food until the following Tuesday - unacceptable

I have been raw feeding my three dogs for over two years. Paleo Ridge provide an excellent, reliable and quick service! My dogs (Lab, 9, Mini Wire-hairedDachshund, 6 and 2 year old Toy Poodle all seem to love their product!
