The website is difficult to navigate if you're looking for specific deals - i.e. 4 for 3 but unable to actually search for these items. But y'know, I like paperchase and don't mind a bit of a browse.

Yodel, on the other hand, is absolutely trash. I can't actually review my purchases as I still haven't received them, and Yodel is being very difficult, even closing the online webchat when I had outstanding questions they didn't want to answer. They provide driver tracking and 2-hour delivery slots but Paperchase hasn't paid for this service. Yodel has said they tried to deliver twice already and both those occasions I was at home yet no one rang my bell so I can only assume this was a lie. Really frustrating and wouldn't ever again order online with Paperchase if Yodel delivers...

Paperchase products are beautiful but my main reason for placing this order was for Easter cards (3 packs, same product). Even after I received an email to say my order was on its way, I received another immediately after to say the Easter card packs were out of stock so my order was seriously depleted!

My card was ordered and dispatched on Wednesday 25 March, but did not arrive until Monday 30 March. This did not leave enough time for it to then reach my mum on her birthday.

I’m still awaiting my delivery which contains birthday cards for birthdays which are now passing. I understand delivery isn’t as fast as usual, but it’s been over a week & I only ordered birthday cards.

I totally understand that deliveries are currently disrupted, but cards ordered on Monday haven’t arrived for Saturday&Sunday birthdays. Other much larger items from other retailers ordered subsequently arrived in time.

I got 20% with discounts for teachers which is a fantastic initiative. The products arrived quickly and in lovely packaging. I loved the neon yellow sticker sealing the box!

Want to return and replace an item (spending same amount) Would normally return to store but obviously not open so now I will be out of pocket for the postage - asked if credit voucher ( my proof of postage) could be offered so now going to be about £6.00 out of pocket

I love paperchase and their products usually, so when I was delivered one product different from what I ordered and a pen where the tassel fell apart almost immediately, I was slightly disappointed. I will most likely not shop here for a while, as it was not the greatest experience, but I love the products normally, so me being me, I'll be back! I was refunded for the highlighter they delivered me of the wrong product.

I received an email on Sunday 22 March telling me item was on its way via Hermes with a tracking munger. I tried to track Wednesday25 March to be told they had no sign of it on their system! I emailed Paperchase immediately asking if they could help.I got standard reply.
Now I am asked to rate my experience.Not good.Missing parcel The cards came today,via Yodel.No wonder Hermes could not find them!!As I have limited sight,why put tracking number and THEN list several delivery firms?.
I am sorry re the misunderstanding,this is so small,I cannot read it,so hope all makes sense.The cards are lovely.Thank you

Sale was good but the next working day postage is overpriced especially seeing as it was delayed by a day (yodel) meaning that I paid for a service I didn't receive and received no apology or any sort of refund.

I ordered a card for mother's day and although it was dispatched on 17th March I'm still waiting for it 5 days later. I had to buy another card as it was not here in time.

I thought the cards were going to arrive first class, but they didn't turn up for days, meaning I was late sending them on for mothers' day and my brother's birthday. The email gave a tracking code and a bunch of links to different delivery companies, but the code didn't work with any of them, and when I asked, I was told I couldn't track the delivery. So why include a tracking code?

I ordered on 28.3.20, it’s now 8.4.20, I’ve been given a tracking number that the carrier says doesn’t exist. I contacted Paperchase on 3.4.20 to tell them this and got a generic email saying that they are working from home, but no other reply.

I ordered my things on March 22nd. I did get an order confirmation but that was all. No updates for 10 days. When I then mailed the customer service department I didn’t get a proper reply but I did get one of my items sent within 2 days. Then I got an email saying they were out of stock for the other 2 items and that I should choose something else when I get my refund, but before I could do that I had a delivery of the other 2 items. All notifications from Paperchase of stock being issued and due for delivery actually arrived after the delivery itself. Confused? I was. But happy in the end and I do realise it’s a tricky time.
